Andy has done a lot of bad stuff, he killed his mom, shot his dad, held Robert and Katie at gun point, tried to kill Robert several times. He slept with 15 year old Debbie and got her pregnant, he beat his wife Jo, he has cheated on several woman etc.
Actually she knew about Robert's involvement in Max's death and covering it up makes her a criminal. I also forgot she basically caused Tenant House (currently Megan's house) to burn down in October 2007 as well.

TheFatBlackPony Katie was manslaughter yes but leaving her broken body in the barn for Andy to find while continuing on to your wedding is evil. Not to mention how much he tormented Katie in the months leading up to her death. Then add in hiring a hit man to kill Chas, attempting to kill Paddy twice, tying Aaron to a radiator and threatening to blow his brains out. Then there's all the stuff with the Whites. Faking a robbery which lead to Lawrence nearly dying. Convincing Chrissie that them breaking up was making Lachlan suicidal in order to trap her. Hiring a rent boy to lie to the police that Lawrence beat him up ( knowing that it would break Lawrence to think he was going back to jail after the torture he endured in prison in the sixties.) Also offering to lie to the police about the helicopter crash in order to worm his way back into his Chrissie's life - something I wish she would tell Diane about considering her sister Val died in it.

If I remember Andy admitted what he did to jack who took the blame and did the time for it. This is what caused the rift with Robert I think!
