your setup is looking nice. what are you running for a diff? locked or? looking at your setup your biggest issue is going to be the disadvantage of having so much weight in the back of the car. you should really focus on moving any weight in the vehicle as far forward as possible. or at least try experimenting with adding weights on the front of the car and see what difference it makes in your ability to put more power down earlier, like 3 or 4 ft out. also adding sway bar kit in the rear and tuning your shock oil / spring rates will be next steps. if you just slam on the wheelie bar you're gonna unload the tires and slow you down, so you need a lot of weight in the front for more leverage on the tires. also the DRK 160 is super nice and works perfectly, but the XR8 pro w/ ota programmer, i think you will really love the app and the tuning options with timing, power curves, data logging-- all the same tuning options as the xr10 pro g2, should look em up. i know you are going to be using the transmitter to control your throttle curve but that esc is super nice. your suspension and weight distribution more important first though, will pick up more time fixing those. full sway bar kit is like 30 bucks- must have imo for the rear. upgraded shocks next- TLR, pro-line, associated, or at least oil / springs
Dude I fly fpv drones that rx will have some range from what I hear they make some also for the drones that have a internal ant. But supposed to be pretty good
Are you allowed to modify the chassis? Add to it to make it a full flat bottom? And a fan to suck it to the ground like the Chapparell race cars or the F1 fan car?
You should not charge it while it's on or in use(The NB4), According to Flysky. I have had range issues out of that receiver I only use the larger one (FS-FGR4) with the external antenna in my drag cars It goes so much further. That one is great in my crawlers and smaller cars that stay a little closer.
@@JackCecil That's what I have is the v2 My cousin has the same radio same receivers and the same issues (we bought them at the same time) done all updates still have range issues with the internal antenna ones like I said not bad on my crawlers, small and indoor rigs that don't go so far.
Do u tune through esc or remote? i got a rx8/2.5t thinking of getting a noble and tuning through remote dont wanna spend big money for a m17 since there 800-900$ in canada
@@CarlosDelaoGunEngraver GO SPEED, would allow him to pull full throttle, the transmitter will ramp up at a determined rate. You don't have to ease on the throttle at the line.
Start boring us with the process, some of us are here for the details. Man looks really good.
Ok!
Love the rc stuff jack. And glad to see you’re being compliant to the “rules “
nice i just got the noble for my drag car great radio love mine
Hey sir I have the Flysky nb4 we have the same esc I want to no how did you set up for the drag car
Just when you think the car hobby is expensive, you trail off to find a different hobby that ends up being car based and still expensive lol. Love it
Yea tell me about it 😂
I love the RC videos but I’m a RC nerd myself. Loving the content but I need some rotary content also
You should add some underglow. I think it’d look sick especially for those night runs
Yea i was thinking about it!

That Throttle delay is TSM
Loving the rc content man!
Make a spacer out of a sheet of carbon to be able to adjust the wing angle

I’ll be testing it out soon!
Noble nb4 is sick
I’d use exponential rather than throttle speed Jack
Expo won’t help if I’m at full throttle pull.

Mine is setup this way without bodymounts. Shell mounts to the bottom acrylic sheet
Hey jack can you explain more info on nb4
Hi Jack.
Don’t say that at an airport.
@@JackCecil Man you had me dying. God bless man. Pissed i missed the livestream (PST didnt get off work in time)

Did you try the V2? Supposedly it’s better.

How did you brace the front to reduce the body flex? On the body itself?
Where can I get replacement batteries for the transmitter? Do you know the part number?
Flysky.
Couldn't you just disable the TSM instead of buying a new radio and receiver?
Do u tune through esc or remote? i got a rx8/2.5t thinking of getting a noble and tuning through remote dont wanna spend big money for a m17 since there 800-900$ in canada
Both. The NB4 isn’t as adjustable (at this time) as the sanwa but it has potential. The timed ramping works quite well.
@@JackCecil ya i mean for the price its worth a shot i dont got 900$ for a m17
Just got my body and wing, and it didn’t come with enough hardware, not even close.Did yours have enough Jack?
Same here, just sent a message to A Main Hobbies
@@EmPtySworld1 Bitty only supplies 10 for the body, and six for the wing

Do you have any RC boats?
You want to use GO SPEED.
please explain

FYI Bitty means breastfeeding in the UK
