I always felt like the backing track bled the line with smooth jazz and it's much easier to pick out the synth part/reverb as the reason why. Almost borderline rhodes. Truly, the best parts of "Games" got pulled into Return of the Mack . . . the synth voicing, driving bass line, and hip hop drum loop.
