couple quick tips for you if you decide to continue playing 1. healing is just very scarce, so you didnt miss anything 2. when you attack non-boss enemies with a red health bar, your attacks make them flinch; if they have a yellow hp bar (aka they have armor) then they dont flinch until they lose that hp 3. you can dodge the sheep attack, it just lasts for a long time Also, I would personally love to see you react to more of the story and VA, it's really good!
from what I can see so far, Hades 2 is very similar to Hades 1. And that is good thing as Hades 1 is one of the best games I played in years. It is "just" a new story , new weapons etc. I would recommend you play the first one as well, when you find the time. I am sure, you would like it. it is just an awesome game!

I find it easiest to repeatedly dodge directly into it sort of Dark Souls style as then it has to change directions vs being able to accelerate as it does when you dodge away from it.

There's this super cute story about a bunny rabbit that - I think found itself without parents - and it lives in a forest with all kinds of animals and it's completely confused about who or what he is. So he asks the animals for help, and of course all these animals in story are like, well, you can join our club and be the same animal as I am, because why not? 🤣 So, obviously that doesn't work out well, because bunnies can't fly, have a hard time climbing trees, and all that stuff. Eventually he meets an animal that isn't completely dumb 🤣 And he is told that he is a bunny rabbit and that there are more bunny rabbits and that he might want to go and find them to see if he wants to live with them. So they go on an adventure to find the other bunnies and get in all kinds of trouble, and the bunny obviously has a good heart and that makes him very brave and he saves the day. So then the animals are super happy with the bunny and shout:" You're a hero!" And the bunny says:" But... but I thought I was a bunny...." I think that's soooo cute! So from that moment on every courageous life saver is a hero to me, and a bunny, because people are often pretty darn awesome and cute in how much they care and in how much they are willing to do for complete strangers to try and help each other ❤
Call me a nerd, I don't care, but I cannot stress how much is disturbs me that you played Hades 2 before Hades 1 lol. Would be like something starting the Lord of the Rings trilogy with Return of the King.
Hades 1 & 2 are incredible! Would devour playthroughs of either but you definitely shouldn't rush the stuff at the home towns even if you end up editing them out of the videos. I could probably write an entire series of essays on what makes these games so good but just go experience it for youself!
I think this is a great game to challenge yourself to. The visuals are very striking and the progression really ramps up after a couple more runs. I'd def love to see you do Hades 1, too. 🎉
If you actually beat that second boss on the first try I was gonna lose it lol. I actually picked up Hades 1 while its on sale and its amazing. Probably the best combat roguelite I have played to date.
its crazy you didnt learn to sprint while you were playing you hold down the dash button, also you can dodge the hecate sheep curse but you have to use sprint and dodge through it. please make sure you read descriptions every time because they are important
Hades 2 is amazing! Played around 12 hours in a couple of days. Not sure if you knew this, but you can also charge your Cast ability (the circle on the ground). This way it will do damage to all enemies inside it when it closes.
No thanks. You still haven't gotten to the actual hard races in F-Zero GX, and this is not only a worse sequel, but also tainted by controversy. I'm here only for games, and Hades 2 isn't checking that box.

Hades is one of my all time favs. You should def give it a shot. Put a few hours in and if the gameplay doesn't hook you, the story will.

Doesn't the story take place after Hades 1? I feel like you should go back and play that first. It's a 10/10 game so well worth it!

Yes to hades 1!!! also you will unlock healing stuff to some degree asyou progress, but hp is always a relatively finite resource.
