Loved the contrast..... Kat just pouring her soul into this torch of a song and then Jason comes in from camping and lays down a nasty emotional sax solo. Standing ovation stuff right there.
I watch this video at least 5 times a week. Everything is perfect in this cover. Kat Jade is beautiful, the voice is her beauty. The sax reminds me of the best moments of sax with Tina Turner, the bass of the boss, ensures everything. The team is really excellent, thank you my friends.

This song is a treasure in my heart, this interpretation was wonderful, a wonderful voice. But today it became clear that the HSCC band is incredibly professional, with impeccable double bass and incredible saxsophone...it deserves a Grammy for cover band...big hug from São Paulo - Brazil.
The musicians in this band NEVER disappoint. Tight as heck and mixed beautifully.

Kat has always been phenominal.. But this performance was mind blowingly good.. The mix ,, the playing by the musicians is top notch.. I have played pop rock for more than 25 years and have listened to tons of cover bands and believe me,, this is stellar.

It's funny, I saw them on the side of the page, and I since I loved this song forever, I figured I would give them one shot. Now, I am addicted to it, and listen to it every night and more than once.
Kat is the best versatile singer the band has ever had! She is the most integral part of the ensemble.
Yeah, a really good singer will do that. I love how she doesn't over do it, but just hits the notes and sings in the key perfectly. Her voice is so good, when she hits the high notes, you can really feel the emotion in the song. She also does the body language to help translate the emotion of the song. A lot of singers will not do that at all. I forget I am listening to a singer and feel like I am listening to friend crying out her emotions to me in person. This cover is amazing.
As a musician, I love analyzing these guys. The layers in this song are fun to follow, and the soul of the singer and sax are OFF THE CHARTS….OMG

Kat can sing the phone book! This gal has one hell of a voice. Nobody does it better than HSCC. They are my go to when I want to hear good music.
Right out of the gate, the incredible vocal talent of Kat is portrayed. I have never heard someone who sings with more soul and heart than this woman. It is hypnotic. HSCC are among the best live performers I have listened to in my lifetime. That sax clinched it for me.

HSCC is ‘the’ best cover band in the world, and this version of this track sung by Kat, in my opinion, puts them in the stratosphere.
I would like to agree with you, but unfortunately there is Leonid and Friends. However, HSCC have been much more diverse in their covers; and that might give them the edge.

What I love about Kat is that she isn't just a great singer but the fact she totally buys into the emotion of the song. Takes it to another level. And, in my humble opinion, that level is frequently higher than the original song. Backed by some fantastic musicians too!

I said the same thing in my post. I couldn't figure out why I was so into this cover, so I started to study it. I found out that is one of the reasons. Her body language really helps make you feel the emotion of the song, along with music, and her incredible singing.
