Chidinma’s dad is my close friend. I was on the phone and even video calls the day of the contest. I was at a party here in Atlanta when the dad called me. I video chatted with both mom and dad. They are fine and super happy for the young woman. I hope to meet her one day. Her father was my school mate back in high school in the 80’s, Enugu, Nigeria.
