50 g carrot
30 g fresh Vietnamese mint
1 chili
50 g roasted peanuts
2 tbsp dried shrimp soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 cloves garlic minced

I will only be able to enjoy your delicious salad as a video because I'm severely allergic to both shrimp and mango. Oh my! I remember the taste of both. Yummy!!
Use green paw paw instead n skip the shrimp.
Maybe try a papaya salad? It's not the same, but those salads are also really nice!

Any RAW mango works fine for this.
