Great review and thanks for the quality comparison shot with the previous rainbow codes. I have the Noir version of the P5 heading my way so I'm hoping for the same feel as the older rainbow codes.
Have a set of the Phase 3 darts and i can’t see what advantage the Phase 5 are over them apart from the code to the rear of barrel. Collectors item I suspect! Great review as always Darren
Thanks Darren nicely reviewed did you wear the blue shirt on purpose? 😂 But most importantly are these Rockys school of darts approved? Happy darting 🎯
Great detailed review! Thanks mate. BTW... I was a grip fanatic for quite some time until i tested darts recently with very little grip. Not sure about it in conclusion yet; i´ll give it just a little more time. But in general and overall I have to admit that once you get used to it, it (somehow surprisingly) really feels maybe even more precise after some time to have less grippy darts... maybe it trains the finetune-feeling in the fingertips more or something... i feel less grippy darts are onto something there. Anyway, thanks again and Cheers from germany.
Thanks mate 😊 I think it depends on many things personal to the individual on how much grip they like but as you have maybe found out you can get used to less grip in time. 👍
not sure why, its same as the first Code on the new Noir though, will have to see if anyone else has a set same as me on the P5, if they do then it must be deliberate.
Another set of Andos, if your gonna spend the £€$ I think the Noirs are the best looking but to each their own, great review as always Darren! Cheers 👍🎯🇺🇸
Somebody told me that when they cut the grip a new cutter cuts deeper and after a few cuts becomes blunter . Of course this alters the weight very slightly . In the 90's John Lowe darts could vary from 20.9 to 21.6 grams .
yeah I think thats probably right, they only use it so many times before it needs changing, not sure if they are able to sharpen them or if they just replace it? I know from experience when I had 100 sets of darts made that they work out the price by factoring in the wear on the cutting tools too.
Hey, my question is what Unicorn flight size matches with the Target or Harrows No.6 size? I have never been used Unicorn before, but I am in love with these guns.
Have they just put 3 different darts into 1 here Darren ? I do like them tho but I thought the 2 blue rings was because his Scottish lol thanks for telling us it’s real purpose 👍🏼
@@DartsReviewChannel : last 2 have actually 🤷🏽♂️ I left a message on ur Twitter thread about snakebites gold darts , if your considering ordering some when they available could I deposit you some cash to get me some aswell seems your the go to guy for all this haha you’ve got things done have never seen or never will , but then gold weight darts would look amazing with that board you have with gold spidering 😍
@@Chelskie-darts I just had email from RD, think they are sending me a set for review :) I like gold darts too lol need to get a gold shirt like Bobby George for that video lol

Really great review, first time I ran into this channel. I currently use the Noir version of these for several months now with gripper 3 shaft and big wing flights. Prior I used the code version of the same dart and I also noticed the codes have a more aggressive grip with the deeper grooves and thinner ribs compared to the noir set, I do not own the set you have in this review but they seem similar to the Noir profile. All fantastic darts, just a matter of feel.
seeing any gary anderson dart reminds me how beat down mine are the blue rings are gone, the points are more grey than black and the double rings are not that sharp anymore

Thanks John, I have the Noir and the ones I have are definitely more grippy on the Code grip than the ones I reviewed here :)

Thanks Vic, lol of course the blue was for Unicorn too :) Rocky likes them but prefers the gold ones like me lol :P
you've cost me so much money doing your good reviews haha, thanks mate i watched your one on jonny claytons darts the other week and purchased those
LOL Sorry! :)
Great review as always Darren I have the noir and the 23g with the blue stripes are they code in a different colour if so might get the code cheaper 😀
Thanks 👍 the first code were a rainbow coloured coating

Lovely looking darts, I’ll definitely be purchasing a set of these. Cracking review Darren 👍🏻🎯
Thanks! :) Think its going to be a popular version of the Ando darts :)
Will you do new Dimi and new Gary noirs too?
Yes
Great review as per 😁
Cheers mate 👍
Those cuts around the Code section are a tad curious to me too. Why tone it down?
Another Unicorn mystery I guess :/

dont think Unicorn have anything similar to the No6, check the Unicorn info on their flights here: www.playwiththebest.com/darts/flights.html
@@DartsReviewChannel this is what I'm looking for, thanks for the help, as alway👌
@@szepadam07 no problem :)
Honestly love the look of these, thinking of getting a set but IMO the price is defo too much
I think I like the Noir version better :)
Yeh me too looking at them
@@toby6978 it has a nice contrast between the black and the tungsten but the black ti coating is in the grooves so hopefully should last longer :)
Nice looking darts
Nice review sir..... Godbless...
Thanks 👍
hey, my question is are these the same as the noir version just a different colour
yes
Nice new shirt mate .
Lol thanks 👍
@@DartsReviewChannel top quality review , to me these are for collectors , just a few difference between codes and this ones , still overpriced .
Thanks 👍

Thanks! Yeah there is some slight differences in the grip levels on some of the Anderson darts, my favourite is still the Gold WC version though :)
Nice review! Hey what music is that there at the end? It sounds like Bristish folk, maybe Renbourne/Jansch?
Thanks! its from the YT audio library: Twilight Train - Dan Lebowitz
Any loxley robin review? I really want to watch your review.
Will try and get some 👍
I find unicorn shafts delicate and expensive !
I think in recent years they have had all kinds of problems
not really impressed but it looks good!
:)
I would already have ordered them if they were not that expensive
yeah a bit pricey sadly
just get the phase 3 off argos they around 40 pounds 👍🏻
Buy the phase 3 or phase 5?
whichever you prefer, phase 3 should be cheaper though
Do they come with Volute points?
As mentioned in the video :)

yeah it happens, wear, but look at MVG's old beat up set he still uses :)
A dart has interested me is Bull's mamba 97 17-23g
Nice darts but £73 for these is absolutely barmy.
great , like de code :)
Thanks 😁

Well since noir's are 80p I think there are overpriced bcz for just 7p extra you get a premium edition
80p if only they were 80 pence lol
@@DartsReviewChannel oh I meant pounds
Lol I know 😀
They lool alreet arnt they just like codes with paint off?
Aye lad😜
Anderson using different darts already. Couldn't have liked these
yeah he has used them from start of worlds I think, not sure if he will be going back to his usual next match though
@@DartsReviewChannel Whats he gone back to? Phase 3 Natural set?

New darts?
Just out, new 2022 range but still same as the previous Code version, just new style and flights.
Bit the same as others
Of course they are, they are not going to be much different if thats the darts he uses :)
