You can use a private or incognito mode on your browser when recording so things like your order history or any active codes on your account aren’t included. It will look like a new user who has not logged into the site.
Hi Gary , thanks for annother informative video . Been on the Ali site quite a bit the last few days and finally ready to make my 1st purchase. So many choices and options to choose from . My cart is filled with wants not needs . Decisions Decisions ! Hope my 1st purchase goes well.
Some stores make it extremely hard to do a return. Sometimes ALI steps in but sometimes they don't. PayPal is a great backstop. Especially if its a complex situation. I received an Addies chrono with the seconds hand detached and floating around inside the crystal. It's taking ages to get them to accept a return and refund. I can see this is going to take a month to fix, even tho its an open and shut case. Bottom line is.... they just don't want to refund. So... before you buy, ask them what "Free Returns" means to them.
Yea, just attempted to make a purchase using PayPal. It couldn’t give a definite final cost until I agreed to allow more than the checkout total to be paid when the deal was completed. This was because of possible tax/ import duty. Decided to not proceed & emptied my cart. Probably will not use Ali again.
The first watch is what ive wanted since it was introduced but i wouldnt pay $200 for a pagani. I bought 4 watches during the sale and the next day i got an email advertising it for $141. I was pissed. So i bought it. Now i have to find room for 5 new watches.
I would see if you could cancel or return the watch that you first purchased. I have also noticed varying prices during a sale and sometimes by different sellers. I’ve seen the same watch for $300 and on sale for half that. Good luck

I’ve never had a good experience with them. Heavy VAT that negate discounts and I’m still waiting for a watch I ordered during the Obama administration.

Recently they have introduced pay after delivery. Payment shows as pending on your credit card till you confirm receipt. Very useful

Not really sure as I thought the store was “Choice”.

I tried the codes and they did not work.
Sometimes the codes have all been used. Worth trying again as they may add more as the sale goes on. It happened for me in the 11/11 sale
I also not sure if some codes are limited based on seller. I agree it’s not totally clear but worth the try.
