Sri Ramakrishna Himself taught His disciples that, "All living beings are a form of God Himself. Therefore, service to God can be represented through service to mankind." So, is it wrong to start schools or hospitals?!
At this modern era of rapidly changing educational and medical technology and expensive healthcare facilities, only one who starts a school or a hospital will be aware of the difficulties of maintaining institutions rendering 'free or low-cost' services to the public. We have seen Ramakrishna schools & hospitals being run for more than 75 yrs, offering quality care to people .....We pray, Long Live these organisations under the umbrella of the Holy name of Thakur🙏 As Maa Sharadadevi says, we may never find fault in others, rather introspect ourselves.... @@ushams8268 The current Shankaracharya of Puri Peeth said something which opened my eyes - "seva requires money". He is not an ordinary sadhu. If you understand business, these institutions require upfront capital investment. A spiritual institution can never fund it unless taken from a rich business family, or as a favorable loan from government banks. Both are common practices. What more needs to be said.
@@ushams8268 What he "did not say" is more important than what he said, because he spoke from both sides of his mouth. You see, it is extremely difficult to develop Bhakti for any one chosen ishta, it takes many lives. But these sadhus and institutions force three down the throat of devotees. Sri Ramakrishna said Naren will teach, He never said Naren will be worshipped with me. What a shame.. what a treachery..
These talks about sadhus have pearls of wisdoms for a spiritual practitioner sprinkled here and there. But householders go to sadhus to hear about God, Sri Ramakrishna, not about other sadhus and cult founders. I have realized that there is a Sansaar, and there is a Sadhu Sansaar, and I am not quite sure if any one is better than the other. Jai Sri Ramakrishna.
It has not quite worked out so far for Sri Ramakrishna. Vivekananda turned the God's avatar into a tantrik, a mystic, a saint, an enlightened soul, a sadhu paramhansa. But it is not over yet. It hurts me, as if molten lead is poured into my ears, to hear all this vivekanand stories, because these are essentially lies, they are trying to indicate something which is not there. Without the power of Sri Ramakrishna vivekananda is quite ordinary. It is a sin to worship him side by side Sri Ramakrishna. It is this curse that has prevented the Ramakrishna movement (or Vedanta movement?) gain much steam in the US despite 4 million Indians and 2 million well to do Hindu. Today's US and the West is not what it was 80 years ago.Jai Sri Ramakrishna.
Vivekanada was a hypocrite in every aspect of his life. He preached vedanta but practiced tantra. Your interpretation of him putting flowers on sadhu's head may not be right, it was a tantric act by him. There was a good reason Sri Ramakrishna did not save his life. He had done enough and lasting damage. YES, Sri Ramakrishna could have and can save any life. Vivekananda went to Sharada Maiyaa (yes, every mother is holy, so "Holy Mother" is an insult to all the mothers, everything seems to be messed up about this place) with a story about a Fakeer in Kashmir protecting his disciple. Implicitly, he was begging for a life extension from Sri Ramakrishna, a request that was denied. So his reckless actions came to an end. Even so he had almost sold off the Belur land, it is only due to Sharada Maiyaa's interventions that the land is still there. It is so painful to get distracted away from Sri Ramakrishna. Jai Sri Ramakrishna.
What is the big deal in Vivekanand's face and eye becoming red while meditating? It is in fact a "red flag". People's chest become red when they repeat god's name, like Sri Ramakrishna used to say about his father. In this case, the energy that Sri Ramakrishna had passed on into Vivekananda's body was stuck between vishuddhi and agayan chakra. What is the big deal about it? Without Sri Ramakrishna's grace Vivekananda would have spent his life fetching water for Pavahari baba, struggling to get one samadhi, that is what he was. It is disgusting, disgrace, and torture to the devotees of Sri Ramakrishna to eulogize an undeserving person like Vivekananda. Even though I KNOW that Sri Ramakrishna showers grace in his (his shared temple) temples I do not feel like entering one or donating a single dollar to them because Vivekananda is worshipped there, side by side. It will change or these places will die their own slow death with time. Jai Sri Ramakrishna.

One devotee had the same question to Maa Sarada on why Swamiji's image is kept beside Sri Ramakrishna's , she responded if Sri Ramakrishna would have been alive he would have kept Swamiji in his lap.. Swamiji himself said about Sri Ramakrishna that he can make thousand Swami Vivekananda out of dust.. so know before you comment publicly low about some revered person.
