    Just an FYI note:
Over-the-Air UHF-37 (not CATV or virtual digital 37) is never used in the US, Canada, and some other countries due to potential interference to long range Radio Astronomy and some uncommon medical telemetry devices.
While I seriously doubt these low power modulators output enough power to interfere with anything, it's probably good practice to not use it, especially if you happen to live near a radio astronomy site or hospital.
Also, it might help your own reception to not use an RF channel in use in your area.
Since virtual digital channels (shown channel) often do not match their RF (transmitted) channel, use a website that shows what RF channels are in use in your area.
Example: Digital 23.1 might be transmitted on RF ch 20.

Channel 6 is at 87.7 MHz for FM. Some radios will go to that lower frequency. Channels 14 to 64 is probably the cable channels and 65 to 136 is the UHF antenna channels. If you're on channel 65, the unit should brodcast on UHF channel 14. Since the unit goes to 136, then that means you should be able to broadcast on UHF channel 83. To figure out the actual channel for UHF, example: 65-51=14. so for channel 83 it would be 134-51=83. Channels 135 and 136 would actually go up to UHF channels 84 and 85 if they existed because that would go up to around 900MHz.

There is also an HDMI model
It matters how good the cable cord is you're using but I would first start with the amplification turned down so you don't damage the tuner in the TV
Turn it up till the picture gets clearer

I have a question about the device that you are talking about and I'm hoping that you can clear some things up.
I have a VCR that I can tune to channel 3 and watch what is being broadcasted off the VCR, I've seen some of those modulator is that can only broadcast on Channel 3 or 4 which they are a little bit cheaper or the same price as this one that you are showing us.
If I were to purchase this device that you're showing us would I be able to set it to broadcast on Channel 5 and if I purchase another one would I be able to set it to channel 6 so that way I can like flip through channels 3, 4, 5 and 6?
I'm not clear on what you're talking about broadcasting an analog do you mean that this device also sends out the signal over the air? You also said something about broadcasting over 88.*FM, so that would also mean anyone who is not within my household or connected to my internal closed circuit channel lineup would be able to watch and listen what is being broadcasted?
So basically nutshell this is what I'm trying to do:
    • Computer 1 is connected to the VCR broadcast on Channel 3
    • Computer 2 is connected to this device broadcast on Channel 4
    • Computer 3 is connected to this device and broadcast on Channel 5
    • DVD player it's connected to this device broadcast on Channel 6
I would purchase three of this device because I know that I can't connect three items to a single device.
From the VCR, and the three I would buy and they would be connected to a splutter (I have this one www.amazon.com/dp/B00006JPE1 ) that would tie them all together so i could flip though channels 3, 4, 5, 6.

I am doing something similar or I was I'm in the middle of updating some stuff in my house and moving some satellite equipment
Because this isn't commercial grade equipment yes you can have multiple channels you can use some 2 way or 4-way Splitters and tweak some of the amplification on each modulator it should look okay on all the TVs in the house running through the same cable wire
But it has to be every second Channel because it's not commercial grade like a cable company would have
      For example you can't do Channel 2 3 4 5 6
Same with over-the-air antenna in my area it's every second number I noticed
      You have to go 2 4 6 8 10 12
Channel 6 on FM radio radio is 88.7 and a half so 88.7.5 fm
And because it's .5 European radios and radios with dials pick it up pretty good but North American radio is sorta do you just have to go in between 88.7 and 88.8 if you can and whatever sounds better to you listen to it basically
There's actually a handful of radio stations in the states that have that frequency and they have to have a TV license.
      -----------------------------------------
I'm also running it through my TV antenna and in my area Northern Ontario Canada there is still analog channels which surprises the hell out of some people
And because of that I don't have every frequency available and antenna tuning is different than cable tuning channel 2 to 13 is exactly the same as soon as you go to channel 14 to 69 the old antenna standard they changed it recently for HD because the higher channels are now used for 4G and LTE cell phone service
And on cable 14 to 125 is spread out differently
Like for example off the top of my head in from past experience Channel 77 on cable tuning is Channel 26 on antenna tuning
I have a list I think I'm going to put it on my website or make a video to help you out with this and some other people ask me questions about the setup
So at my house because hooked up through my antenna and it's filtered with an amplifier sort of before when I had it just the modulator connected to the antenna for a test I was basically broadcasting a pirate radio or TV signal
But now because of the amplifier for the antenna pushing back through it jams it from going out
So my TV's at my house look like this
      2 local CTV Northern Ontario
4 my cable box on all the TVs
6 is available but I need to buy another one
      8.1 ABC
      8.2 NBC
      8.3 sci-fi comet
      10.1 CBS
      10.2 Fox
      10.3 MeTV old TV shows
      12 Satellite receiver
12.1 which is actually 15 .1 digital 12.1 physical you get that with HD frequencies I have more examples I will talk more about that in the future video and I might have already
      38 chch Hamilton
      So
      2 4 8.1 8.2 8.3 10.1 10.2 10.3 12 12.1 38
Please stay tuned and I will make that video as soon as I can just busy with other stuff I love helping people thanks for the comment and I love the idea you have it should work
Where are you in North America
And you cannot broadcast on the same frequency as a digital channel as you see on my list I could not broadcast analog 10 if digital 10.1 10.2 and 10.3 are in the way if you have an antenna leak it'll be fuzzy or if your neighbors watching antenna it will make his signal get scrambled for example just warnings and things you want to look into and think about

Hello fellow Canuck! I have Cable+ through one of the big ABC companies and they will not allow a 2nd VCR or DVD hook-up to dubb my home movies through the Smart TV.
I've been trying to figure this out for so long!
I bought a Set-Top Antenna and a little Plasma TV that has both the digital and analog Tune. Obviously I haven't been able to tune into Channel 3 or 4 because Buffalo is to far away.
I don't know if a RF Modulator will work. I tried a stepdown Digital to Analog converter, and it didn't find any channels on. I have a Cisco Modulator with just the in and out Coax but I don't know if it is the same thing as a DTA converter? It just says RF Modulator.
Could you please advise me on anything that would help me get any kind of a signal on Channel 3 so I can lock in? Can your modulator reassign a signal to Channel 3?
p.s. I was able to get really clear reception for the local channels by boosting them
with 3 old Power Adapters hung around the Set-top Antenna! They really boost the signal!
Local Over-the-air picture is just so much more clean and beautiful, when the weather is decent. LOL
    Thanks.

Okay so what I understand you're trying to get a video on Channel 3 or Channel 4 on other TVs and your house and your company is not allowing you to hook up a VCR in your own house
      Unless I'm reading that wrong
The best way to get channel 3 or Channel 4 would be with a newer vcr and by newer I mean late 90s early 2000s model
Not a brand new one that Walmart still sells once in awhile they suck and they only have mono inputs and outputs
Most of the time RF modulators are mono just because how they're built but you still want to have a stereo input less chance of having audio issues on both ends
Or you might also want on AV to RF modulator which is like a little gray box that RCA and Philips makes that basically takes your video input from a game console or DVD player and puts it on Channel 3 or Channel 4
