Hey! I took inspiration from you guys step journey, and I have been taking walks. I have always been on the bed, but you guys got me out of bed. At the beginning of the week, it’s been 7,000 steps in just an hour. Now I'm taking over 12,000 steps a day! I already see changes in me! Thank you!

Hi guys! Shane, some advise: be mindful of "niggles" or small injuries such as shin pain, heel pain, knee pain etc with the new walking journey - as someone who used to run long distance, I was taken out for a year by plantar fasciitis due to ignoring it for a few months! Best advise: do a bit of strength training (search strength for runners or walkers), stretch/mobility if you're injury prone, and see a physiotherapist immediately if you feel niggles! Not worth the risk of waiting and hoping for the best. Love you guys and so excited for this walking journey!!❤❤❤❤

Hey Ryland I'm with your Mom.. I had a knee replacement a year ago June 5th and the knee it heavy and I regret it as well... I have three Grandchildren under 5 I felt I could do much more than today.... I'm much older than your Mom I'm sure I've had the total hip replacement and knee replacement on the same leg... I can genuinely say the hip is so much easier... I'd love to know the updates on your Moms.. At 61 I'm a total fan of both of you two... @@jenniferb3388 Shane has an addictive personality, that’s what we’re also seeing. They’ve talked about steps and walkstars in Ryland’s videos, The Sip and The Shane podcast. I feel like that’s plenty 😂. That’s why he’s pushing 30K steps. He’s addicted to it. That’s not sustainable everyday.
