I really enjoy my steam deck I use it a lot compared to my desktop as I like sitting in my backyard enjoying the beautiful weather while also playing some black ops 3 custom zombies or metro redux. I get a solid smooth 60fps on black ops 3 and older cod games are perfect as well.

So I decided to buy the ROG Ally not the Extreme version. I plan to use it to install a couple of Steam games and use it to cloud game like GFN. My question is what is the battery life like just streaming games?

The ROG has free sync also. Huge deal on handhelds that have none stable frame rates

If you’re an online gamer you should go with the Rog Ally over the Steamdeck. My steamdeck can’t run half the games that are on my Rog Ally
how many gbs are on your steamdeck and are some of the games playable or verified
@@ashtonerby8890 my steamdeck is 512 gbs with a 1tb SD card, SOME of the games are playable on the Steamdeck but you’re going to have problems with the newer games for sure. The Rog Ally is more powerful I don’t have too many problems when it comes to playing newer titles. I would highly suggest the Rog over the Steamdeck

Gamesir Galileo G8 with Lenovo Legion Y700 (2023).
The Ally X should have been released with an option OLED display. That is a huge miss in my opinion. Everything else about it is wicked. An option to upgrade to 32GB would have also been awesome. I want something that can handle any task as both a handheld and desktop computer. They could easily make that happen with these few upgrades.
