I was glad that you said how to get to the mirror in the book and not in the movie. In the movie, they didnt have to room adorned with potions. :) And I would ask Ron. We would go get ice cream and pizza.

If I was magically as brave as a Gryffindor, I would ask out Ron. Since he doesn't go to many muggle places, I would take him to Disneyland and show him a different kind of magic. (Hey, don't think like that. I meant Disney magic.)
George Weasley. We'd spend the day window shopping in Diagon Ally, and getting ice cream at Florean Fortiscue's. I like dates that don't really have a plan, where you just go somewhere and walk around and hang out. Then we'd go back to Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes and I'd get him to show me all his awesome inventions.
Alex Carpenter = WIN. Rosi's was creative, but I'm a fan of the description box that's an entire chapter of an HP book!
I vote John has to reenact "Harry Freakin' Potter" by himself, complete with choreography! :D

I would be one of those students who wanted the professor way more than her classmates. I was hot for Professor Lupin prior to seeing him in the films. Just imagined him a totally different way.

I do a double date with the twins. We go to an amusement park with lots of roller coasters so we'd know how muggles "fly"

Close choices were Hermione (but our personalities are probably too similar to date), Michael Corner (however, don't know enough about him) and...Remus :P
Punishment....he has to wait a week after DH part 2 comes ot before he can see it......is that too cruel.

In my mind I know too little except from fanfics about the next generation, Harry and everyone's lives are too established.. so that would probably leave me with marauders. Peter, no.. James is taken , Sirius.. mwah. I guess that leaves me with Remus.. yeah, that would be nice :). Oh, or Rolf Scamander, that would be interesting too.
Oh, and I would go on a date with Alex Carpenter. And we would go to a movie and see something nerdtastic and then maybe....pizza or something? I don't know, I've never been on a date. D:

Severus Snape, of course! He's the sexiest Professor at Hogwarts. Actually, he's the ONLY sexy Professor at Hogwarts... But he's the sexiest person at Hogwarts. We would spend our day shopping in Knockturn Alley, have lunch in the Three Broomsticks and talk about our depressing pasts, then I'll ask him if I can feel his hair because it's so soft(and his nose, because I love big noses). And finaly, we'd find a good snogging spot in the Forbidden Forest and go back to his chambers for the night ;)

For me it would be Cedric Digory only because since I was more like a Hermione, minus being really smart. I just once would of love to date the cute, super popular boy that all the girls had a crush on. Such a school girl fantasy lol

As for John's punishment? Dress as Umbridge and make him sing Stutter. Yes, that is a good idea.
I wanna say Ginny cause she's feisty, but so is Hermione.....hmmmm.... Whoever I'd ask out I'd take out to go ice skating and drink some hot chocolate ;)
i would ask out frederic chopin, and we would play a duet together and probably stay in for the night, maybe drink some tea in front of the fireplace...nothing too exciting, for he has a delicate constitution.
For me, George Weasley. Fred is far too abrasive and rude, George is kinder and less obnoxious.
