for the hair one, you can interpret the growing of it [rabbithole its short and the part its very long] as losing control, ignoring the signs of pain, or negligence in general, and getting tangled up by it. Also worth noting is that the part is kind of [idk how to explain this but] like loud (?) and the songs mood/sound varies throughout as if shes spiraling yeah that was long but i wanted to share :D
