@@a.sydney5036 black people are not the only ones or main ones who say that. White women know it too that's why they are the main race for face-lifts and botox and all kinds of chemicals that black people never hear of
@@a.sydney5036 The reason why many Black people say this is because many observe White people who are into regularly tanning and even going to tanning salons when they are young and fast forward, people in their late 30s will often look several years older than they are due to sun damage/not properly protecting their skin. I'm Black and grew up in the suburbs in a neighborhood that was approx 85% White and 15% Latino/Asian/Black. Most of my White friends and their families were really into tanning their skin. Fast forward, with the exception of 3 of my White friends (who really weren't into tanning), the rest of my White friends my age and even younger look significantly older than me...even they make comments about me looking younger than them! And the ones who were really into tanning AND they are cigarette smokers, even worse. I have a wealthy friend from college who would layout in the sun during warmer months and go to tanning salons 1-2 times a week year round. She also religiously went on 2 week cruises during Christmas Break, Spring Break, in addition going on tropical vacations at least 2 times each summer. Two weeks leading to her vacations, she would go to the tanning salon about 3-4 days a week. Now mind you, yes she was very tan, but she didn't look like that blond woman in NJ back in the day who was literally the color of dark maple syrup! Today, while she still is in great shape, she literally looks 10-15 years older from the looks of her skin on her face, neck, hands, and knees...those are the tell-tale areas of sun damage.

My girlfriend is 59 She's Chinese/Vietnamese. She has 2 son's that are in their Mid-30's. We've been together almost 20 years now and since the boys late teens till now. When they go anywhere together people think they are brothers and sister....
I believe when Cameron Diaz began to look older, she stayed out of the spotlight and now when her pics are seen people go in on her which is sad. She can't help that she doesn't look 25 anymore and her genetics didn't keep her looking so young. It's really bad bcuz she was in the spotlight so much for a long time.
Omg I know it's stupid but it drives me nuts seeing ppl wear heavy ass earrings, lobes just hanging to their chin! I'm glad I'm not the only one that notices dumb lil things like this, lol
The pressure is real. It’s especially real if you are a WOC and even worse if you have a baby face. I’m 31 and I have a baby face, everyone thinks I’m about 10 years younger than I actually am and it’s a shock to everyone when I tell them how old I am. The problem is that now I’m so used to upholding this youthful look that I start to freak out at any signs of visible aging. Skin starting to get loose, a new line on my face, ahhhh.
I had a signature look when I was living in New York but times have changed.... Nia had a signature look that she is so far removed from.... The short hair and black nails was something she did for awhile...... She has a nice body but she rocks longer hair mostly...... I'm not thin and wearing leather trench coats all the time anymore..... When I got a little bigger people around me was obsessed with my weight.... I don't dress up all the time anymore because, I'm no longer trying to fit in with that "sex symbol" status..... I'm so glad that part of my life is over but, I enjoyed all the benefits that came with me being attractive in the business...... The journey was interesting, fun, and even wild sometimes...... I had all the right women and men coming my way to get me into certain places...... I'm older now and comfortable in my skin..... I'm not self-conscious about everything and blessed to look good without a haircut every week......
not to add on to the pressure, but I keep getting distracted whenever they show Jeannie. She looks so good! The best she's ever looked! motherhood looks so good on her
The ironic thing is that a lot of women that I know and have seen that get a lot of work done (especially in the face) usually end up looking way worse than if they had just aged gracefully. With all of the craziness going on in this world, you should just be happy to be alive. So many people are losing there lives over dumb stuff everyday. We are all a day older than we were yesterday. Be focused on making the days you have left really count and not leaving this world with regrets.
The only “little something” I’m gonna do is help me out is thank GOD for letting me age in however way HE lets it happen & not care about what society says about aging. Ppl are so pressed by trying to live up to someone’s else’s standards!!

Guys, that is an issue for me. I've turned 36 and I look like an 18 years old teenager. My face is the same since I was in high school. I've got the other way around. I think I need to gain weight toook a bit more older.
This week I saw someone that I know just a little in a coffee shop we had not seen each other for a long time. She said you look so good ,lovely ,all natural?I thought wow WHY ask such a stupid question.Just because I am a young senior does not mean I cannot look great AS IS!I had nice clothes and makeup on my eyes.
Adrienne you know you still look young as hell, I watch the cheetah girls music all the time on youtube and you unmistakingly still look like Chanel lol.
Loni has a point about how its easier for Nia to say that compared to most other women. Not only is she blessed in the looks department, but also has good aging genes and the wealth to always keep on top of her health. She will age of course, but she will probably always look "better" than 90 percent of the women around her.
Nia,Halle, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Anniston are proof women can age beautifully with proper diet and exercise you're not gonna look 20s in you're 40s and 50s and that's okay. I think people are attractive at all ages we should strive to look good for our age and not go crazy with cosmetic procedures and surgeries where we start looking awkward and weird definitely tons of pressure on women with aging and not really men it's so sad.
What’s so funny about being 50 is when you think about it we are the original hip hop generation. Lol It seems like we haven’t aged like our predecessors. But,I will say I’m in my late 50’s and I have some physical issues but I don’t mentally feel old. Nia Long without makeup does look her age so what! She’s still a good looking woman. I love being older.
If Adrienne were to wear her hair down and curly like she did in the Cheetah Girls, she’d still look the exact same as back then. Being short and petite means that she’ll probably look like a kid until she reaches old age. Embrace it! 😘
It can be as well Adrian that you’re not in the TV and They just see you from the television and when they see u in person their confused their children not that you look different
Asian no raisin...im.so glad this is going off. They litterally will not let this POC thing go. The deep melanin of being darker Skinner is where that saying comes from Let it die.
1. She can do what she wants. 2. How tf you know? 3. It's very common for WOC, especially black women, to look younger than they are. It's clear Nia HAS naturally AGED GRACEFULLY. She's 51 but looks 40. It's not "she's 51 but looks 20" like people are saying, it's an exaggeration for emphasis.
Says a person of “no color” 🙄 FYI, there’s a reason why sayings like, “Black Don’t Crack” exist - it’s actually backed up by scientific facts. Our MELANIN & BONE STRUCTURE helps us age SLOWER than our white counterparts. BLACK women, such as, Nia Long, Hope Olaidé Wilson, Kyla Pratt, Gabrielle Union, Rutina Wesley, Tika Sumpter, Keke Palmer, Kelly Rowland, Regina Hall, Yaya Decosta, Tichina Arnold, etc are prime examples of those who have literally been in the spotlight for more than 10+ yrs, don’t look like they dramatically changed over the yrs. Hell, even the Black women on the “Housewives of Atlanta” are a PRIME example of “Black Don’t Crack” despite some of them having some work done to their faces- they look 10x better & more natural than their white counterparts. Even Asian women & other Brown POC, especially dark skin POC age slower than their white counterparts (i.e. Vanessa Hudgens, Brenda Song, Mindy Kaling, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Adrienne & Jeannie are prime examples of that too, etc). It’s not something we just say - it’s simply facts! We just age at a much slower rate than white folks- thanks to our genetics. So, when they say, “Ageless Beauty”, they simply mean you don’t look dramatically older than how you looked 10+ yrs ago. It doesn’t mean we don’t age at all. It just means you don’t LOOK MUCH older than you did yrs ago. Like, my ass is 34 going on 35 yrs old, & motherfuckas still think I’m 10 yrs younger than what I am despite that I’m older. However, the only thing that’s changed is the age group folks perceive me in. Like, when I was in my early 20’s, folks almost always thought I was 15 yrs old! & the closer I got to my 30’s, the more folks assumed I was between 19-25. & folks still think I’m in my early 20’s, & are often in shock when I tell them my real age. To be youthful despite your age is both a blessing & a curse - It’s a curse because folks don’t take you seriously, & a blessing because I age slower than white folks who are the same age as I am, but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t take care of my skin.
Ok.Lol.. I am 57 years old I get a lot of people asking me if I am Adrienne from The Cheetah Girls. LOL so Adrian I don't know what you need to do but you are much younger than me..Lol
Aging gracefully or not, one is going to get older looking if one lives long enough. These women who worry about it are fools. You can get all the plastic surgery you want but, you still look older and people know you're older plus the outside of ones self may look older but, ones eternal organs have aged. Millions of people never live to be older, If one lives to be 60, 70, 80 up, they are truly blessed because many do not. Remember, the 60's, many people don't make it thru that decade is when most people find out they have some kind of decease or bodies just aren't functioning correctly (especially men). Embrace getting older and remember that's a hard club to be a member if you do, thank God and live it with grace you've arrived to that beautiful age of life. Loni, you need to stop with the Tiffany Haddish remark, if that's what money looks like that's sad because she didn't look like money in that horrible outfit and hair. Plus Tiffany has no class whatsoever having money hasn't helped her. Loni you need a overhaul. Adrienne and Jeanni are beautiful.

My girlfriend is 59 She's Chinese/Vietnamese. She has 2 son's that are in their Mid-30's. We've been together almost 20 years now and since the boys late teens till now. When they go anywhere together people think they are brothers and sister....
Im goin to miss this show so much
loveeeeee jeannie's outfit!
I wish Loni finished her thought of why the pressure of women to be perceived as young.
So often she doesn't finish.. Just trails off..
It’s not just women. MEN feel this same pressure.
RIP to Adrienne's earlobes :D
Omg I know it's stupid but it drives me nuts seeing ppl wear heavy ass earrings, lobes just hanging to their chin! I'm glad I'm not the only one that notices dumb lil things like this, lol
Heavy earrings scare me for this reason.
Adrienne sounds sick! Prayers
Adrianne sound stuffy. I don’t know if its just me or if the sound is off…. Or maybe she’s getting over a little cold.
Adrienne is currently aging gracefully. From Cheetah girls to now…she’s glowed up
💜💜💜💜
Adrienne my darling, you are still stunning 😍
Loni love .. you look the you are aging beautifully your skin is amazing.. all of you ladies also look amazing..🌸
I'll miss you guys soo much
I remember her on the movie Friday with ice cube and Chris Tucker. And happy Good Friday to all👍💯💞
not to add on to the pressure, but I keep getting distracted whenever they show Jeannie.
AMEN. AMEN!
Did anyone else die when Adrienne said she be saying it Cheetahlicious 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Stop drinking stop smoking take care your Health and live in peace with God. Stay toxic free. Age come within❤
The only “little something” I’m gonna do is help me out is thank GOD for letting me age in however way HE lets it happen & not care about what society says about aging. Ppl are so pressed by trying to live up to someone’s else’s standards!!
Nia is beautiful
Am I the only one who noticed they were all in monochromatic outfits 🙃 & how every episode their outfits are always cohesive even though they all have different stylists & unique personal styles 😊
Wow!! Yes madam!!
I am going to miss watching The Real... Can't believe it. :(
Adrienne looks the exact same ❤
Anything OVER excessive. Don’t do. Take care of yourself. Well being and hygiene. Do hobbies, interest that bring you joy and positiveness.
Was it offensive or it was a genuine compliment
Okay, now Adrienne is wearing my favorite color today!!😄😄
Adrienne you know you still look young as hell, I watch the cheetah girls music all the time on youtube and you unmistakingly still look like Chanel lol.
Loni has a point about how its easier for Nia to say that compared to most other women. Not only is she blessed in the looks department, but also has good aging genes and the wealth to always keep on top of her health. She will age of course, but she will probably always look "better" than 90 percent of the women around her.
you dont need money to take care of yourself and health and age gracefully
Nia,Halle, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Anniston are proof women can age beautifully with proper diet and exercise you're not gonna look 20s in you're 40s and 50s and that's okay. I think people are attractive at all ages we should strive to look good for our age and not go crazy with cosmetic procedures and surgeries where we start looking awkward and weird definitely tons of pressure on women with aging and not really men it's so sad.
Where is fancy!? She the one who needed to weigh in! She is ageless!
On her book tour
What’s so funny about being 50 is when you think about it we are the original hip hop generation. Lol It seems like we haven’t aged like our predecessors. But,I will say I’m in my late 50’s and I have some physical issues but I don’t mentally feel old. Nia Long without makeup does look her age so what! She’s still a good looking woman. I love being older.
I feel like people would get offended if you say, "Hey you are ageing gracefully!" as opposed to " you look great for your age"
If Adrienne were to wear her hair down and curly like she did in the Cheetah Girls, she’d still look the exact same as back then. Being short and petite means that she’ll probably look like a kid until she reaches old age. Embrace it! 😘
Loni:”Some of us Need help, Nia” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Gm edagdwg she is blessed to look soooooooo great enjoy your life respect yourself being happy keeps you looking great Linda j. Peace
Loni is always on point fa some reason💯✌️
it’s still shocking that nia is 51!
Damn Jeannie really always gotta be that overzealous talker in the room.
Always. Still love her, though.
Capricorns do that. Lol
This got me wanting to watch the cheetah girls. Thanks ladies.
A, you haven’t aged a day. I’m 24 now & grew up on Cheetah girls, you look the exact same, beautiful. Plus, you’re still so tiny 😂🥰
It can be as well Adrian that you’re not in the TV and They just see you from the television and when they see u in person their confused their children not that you look different
Honestly Adrienne looks the same ... as 3lw days... she just gained a little weight ... there’s not much of a huge difference
Asian no raisin...im.so glad this is going off. They litterally will not let this POC thing go. The deep melanin of being darker Skinner is where that saying comes from
Let it die.
1:00 if God forbid 🤣
They all just talk over each other!!
Hahaha Adrienne!! It has not been 25 years my darling 🤣🤣
Aging gracefully. Okay-
We love a woman that has work done and says she’s aging gracefully
Damn you’re salty.
How do you know she had work done?
@@krissy9128 I don't think he's talking about Nia,I think he's talking about the hosts saying it
Ok.Lol.. I am 57 years old I get a lot of people asking me if I am Adrienne from The Cheetah Girls. LOL so Adrian I don't know what you need to do but you are much younger than me..Lol
Ive seen pictures of Arian and she does look different to me. Her lipsand nose look different to me.
Preach Loni. And Adrienne def looks same haha.
Now, Momma Mai is gorgeous.
Adrienne looks exactly the same, girl cmon. Embrace it!!
Lonnie act like she don’t want to be a part of the show anymore. She always have a smart remark when giving her opinion. Good thing June is coming quickly so she can go.
The whole show is getting cancelled
I believe Loni is a very unhappy woman.
"Getting a little something" is not aging gracefully.
Adrienne literally looks exactly the same
0:11-0:14: stealing from me and my life. Rfid chip harassors.
Is Loni's Black jacket ripped on the shoulder ?
I noticed that too. A huge hole.
Most likely a fashion hole. I don't get the trend of purposely wearing ripped clothes lol..
