Sir I bought the same model but Inox color few months back. Encountered water leakage below front door, service personnel checked and told it is a leveling issue and advised to run it with a wooden plank just below the front door. With that, water stopped dropping from front but now leaking from back side intermittently. Also after using this method of lifting frontside, lower spray arm is touching the inside floor. After sales service is poor in Kolkata. After repeated mails and followups, they would help inadequately and they do not have confident technician for dishwasher. They send chimney service personnel instead. Pls guide me how to come out of this daily mess of water leakage. As per them, there is no issue with the machine and my service call is still open. Even if there is a leveling issue, how can I get rid of that? Thanks.
I got a special stand built for it. Before that I was using it on a slab counter. I have not faced such issues. I would suggest you to contact the company directly on social media like Twitter and Facebook. They need to replace or repair if there is a defect in the machine you got.
In my case, they came soon but the person was not that knowledgeable. It depends upon region. If you live in a big city, you will likely get better service.

LOL. Utensils are already clean.... NO dishwasher is suitable for typical Indian kitchen needs...
