If that number was assigned to Bittney before the movement, then I guess after the movement, her dad took the phone number, and Brittney has a new one. While it sounds scary that her dad picked up the phone, if it was Brittney's number, I don't think that there is some crazy conspiration behind it. The leak can be simply over a decade old, and the number may no longer belong to Brittney, it now belongs to her dad who took it. Brittney can have a new number now.
