my parents where big fans of this genre of mexican music. There was a pack of mexican artist that pertain in that era, sort of like the rat pack of sinatra and the others. I always wonder what ever happened to Mrs. Juarez. It's like she left the show business unlike her counter mexican female ranchera singers Lola Betran, Lucha Villa who kept doing performances. Were could I ever catch a performance of Mrs. Juarez? Please let me know. Thanks
Response to Marioboy90. First of all, Jose A. Jimenez was mexico's greatest composer/artist that has ever came out of that country hands down. However, that also comes with a price. JAJ was a womanizer so don't blame Alicia Juarez for her marriage with him. Secondly, I don't think that JAJ would've choosen Alicia to sing with him if "the great Maestro" himself didn't think she was worthy. Apparently, he saw greatness in her vocals. Finally, Alicia Juarez is a tremendous mexican singer.
