On D all we need to do to be great is this,get our DLine to be good at stoping the run and collapsing the pocket,making sure our LBs cover up the middle run to the ball and be discipline in what they job details,our Secondary just doing and being who hey are baby

My hope is Mazi shows huge progress. I like the LBs this year, with Overshown back, drafting Liufau, and signing Kendricks. Osa will challenge the pocket and penetrate on runs. If Mazi holds his ground the LBs should be able to plug the holes.
I don’t know why everyone is so down on the o line. I think Beebe was the steal of the draft and will be one of the top centers in the league. Guyton should be solid at LT. There may be growing pains but by the second half of the season this will be the best o line in the league.

We need a bend but don't break defence. Real simple. For the last three years they have been in the top 5 in defensive points Allowed in the NFL. That's not 🧢, that is fact. EDIT: Dan Quinn has had a very bad rap as a defensive coordinator. Here are some stats being ignored. 2021 7th in total points givin up defensively. 19th in total yards given up. Rank 20th in total yards given up via the pass and 7th overall in touchdowns given up via the pass. They finished 16th yards given up via the rush BUT finished 7th in total rushing touch downs scored on them. The Cowboys defensively gave up a total of 14 touchdowns in 17 games. Im not done Cowboy Nation. 2022: They finished 12th in total yards given up, they finished 8/32 in total passing yards given up defensively and they have up 14 touchdowns via the pass.

Cowboy nation I'm about to bring it home. In 2023 They finished 12/32 in total yards given up. They finished 8/32,with 14 total touchdowns given up via the pass. They finished 16/32 in total yards given up via the run and gave up 16 touchdowns given up. That's 30 touchdowns given up in 17 games. Not bad for a "very flawed defensive coordinator".

I feel like better def against green bay and better preparation would have made a huge difference. Better online, better def with better accountability could be all the difference. Couple injuries in the conference and we walk in to the big game. Food for thought.. there are 12(!) teams in the NFL that have never won a super bowl. Tom Brady and the Patriots walked into the postseason every year with the three shittiest teams in the NFL as their three division rivals and Tom Brady constantly took him friendly deals with one of the greatest coaches of all time. Not much
He hurt his ankle not his knee. Unlike Gallup, athleticism was never a big part of his game. His entire game is being a short to intermediate route merchant with perfect route running and a big physical frame. As long as his ankle is healthy, he will be much better. A 1st down machine

I love Dave, however, the run game and play sequencing set the QB and the offense up for failure, over and over. The offensive scheme is stale and predictable all the time. If they were in an NFL division, 12 wins isn't happening for 3 straight years.
