Yes for sure, there is DPM2 material you can use it to affect usual light such as point light. Since it is more stylized material, to make night scene is more color tweak and paintings required. I have night scene tested before, you can find it in my instagram

Will I be able to install the addon on both Blender installations with the Pro license? I'm guessing not, but I had to ask. If I can indeed only install it on one machine, can I somehow cancel or suspend the license on my desktop PC and activate it on my laptop (and vice versa)? Thank you!

it is made by grease pencil but all converted to mesh, so it should transfer to other 3D package.
I’m a little confused about the Studio License. Is it required for using the work you make with this add on to make money?
Studio licenses are for larger organizations with multiple employees. If you are a freelancer/work for yourself you can buy the other ones.
