One of the best rowing exercise tutorials out there. Exercises are important to get a symbiotic relationship with your crew, equipment and the elements. Once unity occurs, the boat flies. Nice job coach.
I've never heard of that "Wing Drill" before, but I'll definitely start using it! Seems to be the best way to illustrate rotating around the pin by having your arm follow the blade back. Thanks for posting!
Nice rowing on the whole from some younger athletes. I wonder about the 'Body Prep Posture Drill' though.... In the drill you have them artificially enhancing their posture after the finish position during the recovery, when I would have thought ideally they actually want to be finishing in that strong position and not with slouching / collapsed?
So, at age 54, one of my "Bucket List" things is to Row on the Charles River in Boston. A big goal for this Colorado landlocked boy. I've emailed a place in Boston but haven't heard anything yet. How did I put my butt in the place of one of these rowers above? Where is this school? Thanks.

Why are you rowing middle four in an 8 with six rowers?
Should have paused at hand away before starting the pick drill to allow for the boat to drop In speed for easy hands only
very useful
