I got it when I once bought a book about flower pot caring as a gift from the seller, , otherwise I would still have only used this kind of scissors with sewing stuff :)

Both of them are sewing scissors. One for mending and the fancy ones are for cross stitch.
You can get necklace chain extenders at Walmart in like a 3-5 pack of different lengths for less than 5 bucks
The second pair of scissors are for trimming needle felt projects....
You can remove the clasp out of the choker. Cut the ribbon short and reclaps it as a bracelet
