I've had my Blank team skates for about 2 months now and I have to say they are incredible. I've been skating since I was 14 years old and I'm now 41. I've had a lot of skates over the years. They are one of the best skates I've ever had. Very solid skate and all the components are very good, wheels, bearings, hardware etc. And a great price for what you are getting. Cant recommend them enough
As someone who loves the design of the SL but wishes they were a bit stronger, these are starting to appeal to me as I see some similarities. These seem like they could be a firmer, more solid version for me. As always thanks for the work you put into these videos, always appreciate the detailed breakdown of the history and the skates themselves!
Is there any difference between the black ones and the purple ones? Reading the specs in your website I can’t find it. Thanks for the video. I really enjoyed it.
The liner has some protective plastic material printed on the outside in the area of cuff bolts. And of course a different frame setup (anti instead of flat).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but calling this a dual shell size skate is a bit misleading, unless you start referring to all other plastic hardboot skates as having quadruple shell sizes. Yes, size 26.0 and 26.5 (for example) are the same shell size, but it's one shell size for every full shoe size (23.5/24.5/25.5/26.5/27.5/28.5/29.5/30.5). As far as I know, all other plastic hardboot skates use the same shell size for two full shoe size (39+40/41+42/43+44/etc.) Them Skates comes pretty close to having individual full size shell sizing, except for the smallest and biggest sizes.
i'm going back to agressive inline after a long time... wich one should i get the ROCES m12 for very cheap used or the BLANK for the triple of the price?
Would the Blank soulplate fit on the 2000s model TRS skates?? Are the bolts in similar places? I have some old skates with the plates gone. Its risky to order new ones in case they dont fit.
@@Thisissoul maybe the boxcar came out later as the speced down cheaper version. But the bucke were weak of both skates. My cousin had the tarmac and whe both ended up skating buckleless, one whole season. Just the power/ 45° strip held the skates onto our feet.😅
These are some old powerslide stands, they are not available anymore unfortuantely, but we will get FR skate stands back in stock soon. These work the same.
I once have the FUSION and the SOLO. The SOLO is the worst designed aggressive skates I ever had, it is just some inferior sole plates simply bolted to the FUSION boots. The bolts are located stupidly at the bottom of the plates that they would worn out way before the plates did. Very complicated shoe fasten design, very troublesome to put on and take off. The heel pads for both FUSION and SOLO would embrittle after certain years. And no replacing parts such as sole plates, pads could be found in the market. If anything breaks, just go buy a new pair. The SOLO ruined my first attempt of aggressive skating. That is why I would never trust this brand again, for any types of skates.

Thank you for this. I see a lot of talk that this skate is too flexible for a big wheel or wizard setup so it was nice to hear an alternative opinion.
Proper review Evo! Good work
Glad you enjoyed it!

Estou pesando em pegar um tbm.
Essas rodas hydrogen tem umas das melhores composição de uretano.

Would you consider the blank a good boot for 4x100mm wizard-type frames?
Got those juicy violet new blanks, Im gonna try and slap a wizard frame on it just to see 😅 like ricardo says : you dont test you dont know
perfect demo, thank you!
You're welcome!

not really, main difference is the color.

Any if those skates will do the job perfectly fine
Will the twister/blank cuff fit on a fr1 boot 43-42? Which size? Which would be stiffer?
If you want us to try different cuffs, then reach out to our customer support :)

Blank soulplates dont fit on the 2000 TRS skates
@@Thisissoul Ok thanks!
What's the lacing trick?
May i know the size 44.5-45 and 45.5-46 uses same shell size? Thanks
they use a different shell
I always thought the rollerblade boxcar came out before the tarmac.
Could be for sure. They wouldnt be more then 1 year appart, right? definitely the same time period together with the Tarmac and the CE Troopers.

what stands do you use to keep them upright pls?

First!🎉
i love amsterdam
We do too!
I heard some people say that the bottom of this skate is soft and will move. What do you think?
It could be stiffer for sure, but it as stiff as you can expect a plastic base to be.
