It does, atleast in the first fight (Piano does ~250 damage instead of doing enough to one shot Gary under level 7-8) Peeve on the second fight's damage output seems to be about the same, if slightly nerfed (He only attacks thrice on the first phase) because of Big Dingo Aussie. If Aussie's nerfed so you didn't have to use Aussie's timed attacks as a crutch while nerfing Peeve aswell, I think this'll be a more fun and less bullshit'y fight for most people (hellfire burst sweep though...)
