I agree we're not a squad that can compete with PL sides, but this result is hardly evidence of that. We're between managers, we didn't have 5 regulars starting and we lost to a team that's 7th in the PL.

I don’t care for the league cup at all but I hate how we treat the FA cup. We’ve had so many great ties over the last 10 years and we haven’t once played our strongest team
