Hi there, i have installed this app, and is perfect, but i need to ad more fields in new document example name, email etc, i have add more columns in database and i have add this fields to input, also i have add this fields to function save_upload but they are not being saved. please can you help me on this.

hello mister, I've tried to upload the code which you have provided to my domain server and some elements simply don't load (like the manage account in the topbar does not work and the create user in the sidebar does not show up at all) and the connection to the database seems to be problematic and unstable. My question is that is there a way to fix these issues or is it just because the code or the database is not compatible with my domain server?
