JCO /OR's should have their own representations in all institutions for settling their grievances in Govt. & Courts,then only our fraternity will get justice, otherwise our people are only used to show their strength for settling their own issues. Who is bothered for JCO OR's, actually nobody.

Sir, fit ment factor should be same as per seventh pay commission. 2.67 fitment factor to offrs. is a gross injustice to other ranks. It should be 2.57 for central govt employees including offrs of the armed forces. Or 2.67 for all central govt employee including all armed forces personel .
Where is such orders or direction of concerned deptl. Actually contents highlighted by u r logically appropriate. When basic pay of offrs r as per their status nd jco/ or r as per status than q of 2.67 for offrs is partiality with JCO/OR.
Fitment Factor for pay fixation of ALL Central Govt Employees including ALL ranks of Armed Forces from Sepoy to General was 2.57 ONLY. The factor of 2.67 was used for making pay tables of three ranks,LT Col,Col & Brig. Making a table means deciding the starting pay or first cell only. Worthy veterans Sir, firstly: MGSS is not Chairmen of ESM Movement, heis Gen Secy. Secondly Down gradation of PBOR from 70 percent to 50 percent was done ✅ infavour Officers as they were getting only 30 percent pension as par with Civilians thus it was a clocking agenda beneficial for Officers 👮♂️ Thus now who will raise this anomaly to Govt infavour of very weaker PBOR/HCOs. Now you must recollect your self that in first OROP: Officers pension was increased more than 32 percent whereas PBOR/HCOs pension was increased only 02 to 09 percent per month since 1.7.14 as per recommendation of MGSS/Officers and now again this MGSS wants to repeat the same hidden agenda for benefits to Officers by awarding NFU (non functional upgradation)& 2.67 formula, So delayed play in issue of OROP tables at this chopse. Secondly: we 19xHCOs ex Rajasthan have supplicated in Prencipal Bench Delhi by Court Case OA-1691 with MA 1841 in 2018, recently we faced hearing on 05.07.2022 but Case could not be finalised because Govt/MOD has not forwarded written reply for reasoning of Down gradation to HCOs/PBOR (Sep to SM) economically in OROP-I & 7 th CPC, thus Court has given next hearing date on 06 Sep2022 and we fully prepareed and must win this Case because we have all correct data details from 1964 to 2018 inspite of it PBOR/HCOs not cooperating us but we must struggle for all veterans, Kindly inform to veterans for wide publicity please. Dear Sir, I am very thankful for you for your great service for the ESMS . Those who are the life long sufferers by the burocracy. I am EX AC Panicker. N. T. After the Honorable Supreme Court final order, that was in 2016. They never bothered to take me out from the resarvist catigury even. The Supreme Court order was that absolute implementation of the AFT Chennai. The AFT Verdict was that in 2013 to pay me the monthly pension 335 rs and 65 np to start. What is the use instead of that they started it with only 70 rs monthly, also put me in resarvist catigury. Not only that again the government went to challenge the same in Supreme Court to stop my resarvist pension also. This is the faith off aged Petioners like me, I am in the age of 80 years. Through my advocate again contom notice also Mercy petition to the Honorable President. Also mercy petition to the honorable Priminister as well as all the three Chiefs. At the last September and October I received some of monthly pension 36 thousand and 585. What a great blender this month I received the message from Sparsh that they send 16524 as monthly pension.

Worthy veterans Sir, firstly: MGSS is not Chairmen of ESM Movement, heis Gen Secy. Secondly Down gradation of PBOR from 70 percent to 50 percent was done ✅ infavour Officers as they were getting only 30 percent pension as par with Civilians thus it was a clocking agenda beneficial for Officers 👮♂️ Thus now who will raise this anomaly to Govt infavour of very weaker PBOR/HCOs. Now you must recollect your self that in first OROP: Officers pension was increased more than 32 percent whereas PBOR/HCOs pension was increased only 02 to 09 percent per month since 1.7.14 as per recommendation of MGSS/Officers and now again this MGSS wants to repeat the same hidden agenda for benefits to Officers by awarding NFU (non functional upgradation)& 2.67 formula, So delayed play in issue of OROP tables at this chopse. Secondly: we 19xHCOs ex Rajasthan have supplicated in Prencipal Bench Delhi by Court Case OA-1691 with MA 1841 in 2018, recently we faced hearing on 05.07.2022 but Case could not be finalised because Govt/MOD has not forwarded written reply for reasoning of Down gradation to HCOs/PBOR (Sep to SM) economically in OROP-I & 7 th CPC, thus Court has given next hearing date on 06 Sep2022 and we fully prepareed and must win this Case because we have all correct data details from 1964 to 2018 inspite of it PBOR/HCOs not cooperating us but we must struggle for all veterans, Kindly inform to veterans for wide publicity please. सर OROP_1(01 Jul 2014) में 2% से लेकर 34% तक की पेंशन बढोत्तरी हुइ। कृपया सिपाही से लेकर जनरल साब की पेन्सन में कितने कितने % की हिसाब से बढाया गया, Rank wise सविस्तार बताने कि कृपा करे।

Dear Sir, I am very thankful for you for your great service for the ESMS . Those who are the life long sufferers by the burocracy. I am EX AC Panicker. N. T. After the Honorable Supreme Court final order, that was in 2016. They never bothered to take me out from the resarvist catigury even. The Supreme Court order was that absolute implementation of the AFT Chennai. The AFT Verdict was that in 2013 to pay me the monthly pension 335 rs and 65 np to start. What is the use instead of that they started it with only 70 rs monthly, also put me in resarvist catigury. Not only that again the government went to challenge the same in Supreme Court to stop my resarvist pension also. This is the faith off aged Petioners like me, I am in the age of 80 years. Through my advocate again contom notice also Mercy petition to the Honorable President. Also mercy petition to the honorable Priminister as well as all the three Chiefs. At the last September and October I received some of monthly pension 36 thousand and 585. What a great blender this month I received the message from Sparsh that they send 16524 as monthly pension.
