Somewhere in my childhood i learned anger is a sin and if i got angry i would be punished. anger being bad is one thing but it being a sin is another thing. It being a sin can introduce shame, guilt, condemnation and sets up lies in me about God. People abused and betrayed me horrifically and i beat myself up instead of realizing the orher party has done me wrong. It left me desperately abandoned and alone. God however has proven His faithfullness towards me, not that God is obligated or owes and got me thru the dark night of the soul because His Mercy is never ending and His love never failing and God doesnt owe me anything but chooses to help me and teach me in the way which i should go. There is a righteous anger.

When I woke up from the matrix in 2020 I struggled with anger of being tricked and brainwashed. Than I started to realize it was me that needed to heal so I could heal the collective. It's hard but the juice is worth the squeeze. My anger issues are super bad right now. I was super religious my whole life and found out it was all a bunch of bullshit to separate people from God to worship and idolize flesh and drink the blood of the sacrificed. AKA Christ. Anger is an indication something is wrong and that you know better in your heart how to fix it. Acting on anger isn’t bad as long as you use your wise mind to better the situation. As someone who isn’t religious I know in my heart I have intuition and can make the best decisions for myself and those around me. But everyone is different and can be religious and still trust themselves and I respect that.
When i was 5 i broke my anger. After that i could not stay angry for longer than a flash. I never stood up for myself, i never pushed back, i always let everything happen. Until a perfect storm of events all came together and pushed me over the edge. I did not lose control i did not burst out. But man did i feel the need to correct the situation an let everybody know what had happend how i felt about it and that i wasnt going to take it anymore. Lost some people there.

Growing up, I used to busts out with anger all the time. When I got married, this anger helped me each time my husband tried to over control me. At a point I prayed that God should remove the spirit of anger from me. I am glad that it has reduced.

Decades ago, i got a tattoo that says, " Anger is a gift." It's a verse from a Rage Against The Machine song. I got the tattoo because I thought it was cool. I was in my early 20s and was very naive. Little did i know that my personality type was one that fed off of anger. Raw anger is not a gift. It must be channeled and cultivated.

Just because you hear people say it is a low vibration then explain WHY. There are plenty of people who burst into anger without it being a low vibration, in fact, it is the opposite when done in the right place and time. These event are rare however. It often functions to reinforce certain boundaries that have been crossed too many times and then, only then, it is done. Certain people do not see someone's else perspective and when this leads to any kind of harmful result in any way shape or form.

How is anger a friend? Anger is a low vibrational energy. Only low vibrating people would believe something as anger would benefit them.
There are 3 types of anger:
1. Healthy anger
2. Unhealthy anger
3. A mix of both 1 and 2
A lot of people who have experienced abuse often fall into the 3rd category, me as well. Just because you hear people say it is a low vibration then explain WHY.
There are plenty of people who burst into anger without it being a low vibration, in fact, it is the opposite when done in the right place and time. These event are rare however. It often functions to reinforce certain boundaries that have been crossed too many times and then, only then, it is done. Certain people do not see someone's else perspective and when this leads to any kind of harmful result in any way shape or form.
