The last time they played this they defined the bump as being intentional and only if it changed the person's answer/hindered them bc it helped Rhett that way. This episode when it would help Link Rhett threw a hissy fit and they changed it again. Rhett needs to grow a pair and stop getting so upset when Link does slightly better in one round...
@nostalgia cartoons If you watch the previous episode of this type, they clearly defined what a bump was vs accidental bumps. Link wasn't trying to change the rules, Rhett just didn't want to lose so he gaslit him

I feel like a bump shouldn't count unless it changes the 1st person's answer...isn't that the whole reason the 1 bump rule was enacted(to keep them from changing each other's answer more than once)?

This game should be called “what is a bump”
According to last time, that wasn't a bump, since it didn't actually change Rhett's answer. And Rhett says that it's Link who wants to change the rules, while changing the rules himself.

Petition day 11: make an episode where you make a bunch of the same cake, but replace one ingredient with an alternate baking ingredient in each one and have them guess what was replaced then rate what tastes best. Such as replacing the eggs with applesauce, vegan eggs, etc.

@@TechSquidTV Rhett is always trying to twist the rules in his favor, and pretends like otherwise Link would be doing that. Bump rule was invented for stopping them changing each others answers, of course it doesn't count if the answer didn't change.
link's bump didn't do anything negative to rhett, didn't change the answer or anything, that shouldn't have counted as a bump

I don’t understand the point of the “bumping” rule if they are playing a version of shuffleboard.... It’s supposed to be a strategy of the game.
Well the point of the game is to guess the date and the shuffleboard thing is just a gimmick
The person that goes second could win everytime if they ignore the answer and just bump. Of course I think counting accidental bumps is a little much.
@@ipacklunches but you could always say a bump was accidental. we would never know. you could have to call it first, but what if you miss? did you still use your bump? if an accidental miss counts as a no bump, an accidental bump should count as a bump
Well, they didn't have the bump rule at first, but these two over used it and the game became more about bumping instead of guessing the decade.

I miss the old Shuffleboard game. There was more strategy with the bumping and the dates being put around the board randomly instead of chronologically.
