Rich is a great example of inspiring and motivating leader. I had a pleasure working with Rich in Kazakhstan. He is one of the best leaders I have worked with: caring, compassionate, motivating, always ready to support and share the experience.

Listen to Rich : he never does anything without reason. This interview is for his boss and future ones. In my experience, Rich is also not technically inclined person.

I worked with Rich in Brazil before he goes to Kazakhstan. He was not my direct supervisor, but I was impressed with the quality time he spent in talking to people, providing feedback, coaching and motivating people to get the best of them. Really great and inspiring leader!
