I only use Leo in siege, I'm a siege main! The Leo with SPD I'm waiting for a gem because it's on an ancient rune, otherwise yes I'd say 0 SPD for stat efficiency. I used to use Leo in arena, though I haven't grinded arena seriously in years.
I was going to leave a LOTR joke but then i saw the hands and felt bad. Anyway, interesting video background, although i would have personally preferred the game itself maximized. Also a realtime/replay of team fights even if its just tests would be nice as well.
