I’m convinced pika and xayru are just alternate reality versions of the same human. One of them got really sweaty and competitive, the other got super nice and chill.

I have found that picking race makes a big difference. People have let me run off from fights most when I was a panda, and always tried to chase me down as a gnome/mechagnome

I believe this is cause a child would be most likely to pick a panda while an experienced adult who minges and trolls would likely play the tactical gnome.

I havnt played any form of wow since shadowlands and i did not expect to ever revive my sub ... But I resubb yesterday for plunderstrorm with my old arena partner .... And we had a fucking blast! They made a decent game mode...but wish they didn't hide it behind sub

I played a few rounds and I really do not understand why blizz is getting so much hate about this event, it's really fun and has nothing to do with retail itself at all, aside from getting free cosmetics and mounts.

I am hoping for 3s, and a 3s tournament if they keep this mode. Make changes to Arathi, let it the new allied horde factions and alliance factions use it as a tournie/training area. Then as you said in your vid make it F2P.
They need to make this a separate game altogether not tied to WoW or a sub and monetize it with skins/battles passes (the non greedy kind that refunds all currency on completion)
So does the plundered gold actually do anything? 😂 I keep seeing people win with the gold, but they never use it.

@@Wolfyyy This is wow though lol. We can agree to disagree on how it should play, but this is wow. I can see your perspective, I just think it would be more interesting with classes, especially after they increase the squad size.
Also, you certainly can choose what you get in the current version. Drops are so plentiful, you basically can choose your build, especially in duos. After the first few hours of game play, the meta is quite clear. Spinny fire disc + stun + shield and you're g2g. Choose metas absolutely exist in all BRs, whenever it's class based like Apex or non-class based like Fortnite. Choosable meta's always exist.
IMO, without classes, i'd rather just play a custom RPG flavored fortnite server. This game mode already exists in fortnite but it's better and more responsive. I really think the current state of this mode is only interesting to people who have been trapped in wow for their life. The current version feels quite dated and janky. Hell, there are better BR wow modes on private servers already, with and without classes.

I think worst part of all this is them making classic players grind till 39 to get the mount so they can end the pain. Then go back to classic because they don't care about retail or this.
Fire whirl makes this game mode unfun. Whoever gets it at level 1 engagement wins early game.
You have to save your movement spell for it. Watch their first video, their blinks are instant.
