Fortnite is a CPU bound game, so having faster CPU like your Ryzen 7 5700X have more impact rather than having better GPU. So even if you pair Ryzen 5 5600X with GTX 1050Ti (ofc it is bottlenecked by GPU at this point), you will still have 200-300 FPS
