Was there opening night next to stage left 9 rows back...great view of band...but we had to look up to see all the video glory. You had great seats!!! What a memorable concert and experience!!!! Thanks for sharing!!!!
I will be going to The Sphere on 12OCT to see the EAGLES! I would SO appreciate any tips and tricks to get the most of my visit! If anyone can give me advice on the best way to get there... should we use the outside Entrance or go through the Hotels? Can you tell me which Bar or Restaurant in the Sphere is worth hanging out at? Also, are they staying really strict with the regards to the 6x6 purses? I know this sounds trivial! But I really want to do this right! Please Help this ol' 70s Music Loving Girl out!💜
Uber drops you off in a parking garage right next to the entrance. That's the fastest way. Long walk thru the Venetian. You also have to walk through the Expo convention area which is quite spacious. Expect to spend 20 minutes walking through the hotel and the crowd gets pushy around the entrance. There are no restaurants inside the sphere, just expensive food and drinks stands, many self service. They make you pop your can of alcohol at the stand. I guess they don't want your drink spewing all over inside. Can't answer your purse question. Just allow enough time to get there and get in and everything will be fine.
Isn't it odd that they don't show the band at all during the opening song? Even more strange is no close ups of Don singing anything at all, especially "Desperado'. That's because he doesn't sing those songs live and doesn't want you to notice if he messes up a lyric. Compare two 'Desperado' performances from two different nights, one ahow in the left earbud and the other in rhe right. The song matches exactly because he's lip-syncing to the same vocal track. Try it and see for yourself - former Eagles fan.

Going thru the venetian is the best. Drink and eat as much as you can before you get in. Beers are 28$ and food is upwards of 20

To be fair it appears the ‘live’ vocal track on Desperado has now been changed after they got found out.
Its just that they are soo perfect
