- The SISIS Multitiner 1.2m is a tractor mounted drum-type aerator for use on fine turf and sports fields, and it is well suited to a range of applications from sports field maintenance such as football grounds to rugby pitches.
It has three drums with independent rotation and is low maintenance and its interchangeable tines with a maximum depth of 100mm ensuring excellent lawn care when the time comes to aerate.

Angled tines off the the rotating drum look fixed so soil should get cracked and be lifted vertically a bit in that area at least. This's kinda like the the small Ryan Aerators for small residential lawns, "with angled tines", but these are on a swivel to stop machine from raising soil and turf. Nice.
Ya, this setup seems best practice in effect and speed at the moment, without compacting soil on tine penetration (Like so many others do) & besides tractor and drum compacting because of their weight. This minimizes existing root damage too I think.
Angled tines are key to keep drum on the ground; unless you want to rip everything up and have drum bouncing and not going very deep.
Now I just need a smaller version of this, plus tines not on a swivel because I want to lift & crack compacted soil.
