Any time I learn something and pass it on to friends or students, I always always always say where I got it from. It's about passing on the culture and the knowledge of the people who came before you. Even if I flip a move or make my own variation (or if I think I made it up...someone probably came up with it before me), I try to honor the lineage. Thanks for sharing this.
Thank you very much for sharing this video! I always respect, admire and want to keep it REAL! Since 97 when I met them through VHS and started dancing and until today and more I will not stop! Thank you very much! Greetings from ARGENTINA I hope to meet them again soon or that they can come here. Bboy CriSteP // Dj CutClan FDL
I can understand Reminds love for the dance and not wanting to battle anymore. I too don't like watching bboy battles. Alot of times they show poor sportsmanship, negative hand gestures, and just look like overly competitive rude poor sports. It gives off a negative vibe watching that. Deadass, I enjoy watching short vids of Nasty Ray freestyling & appreciate his style and flow. I can understand why Kaio on youtube doesn't compete, he finds more joy in other aspects of bboying. Much like bboy Punisher. etc.
Remind. You don't have much choice in the matter. Your carousal will never be awknoledged. Soon as any video of Style Elements, break advice, Hong 10, Nasty Ray, Roxrite, Crumbs, Kenswift, video gets put on youtube.. Every new school bboy will bite your moves and not give you any credit. This is the reality of the new generation of bboys. I can show u a clip of a IG bboy who stold your carousal in his video, but will never give u credit.
Biting in Hip Hop culture just makes you wack. Everyone who knows, knows the origins. Just throw up the chomp signs everywhere and 99 perc of the time you'll be right lol The worst for me is when someone's whole style / silhouette is biten along with their moves - seen phases of that everywhere through time and generations as well
Style elements in the 90s was a big influence for me B boy Evolving at its finest much respect to style elements monster squad
We appreciate you. Thanks for following our journey.

@@BboyCrumbs I can't find anything on 2024. Are there good places to find which events are happening?

What were you taught of the original origin of the Bboys history?
@@DJBigs the foundation
@@BboyCrumbs What is the foundation?
@@DJBigs I mean that's a loaded question. You can search for the fundamentals of Breaking on the internet and find what you're looking for bro.
@@BboyCrumbs The Bboys foundation seems to be lost in the sauce. I just want to know do you know that you know because I already know.
@ I have a very strong foundation.
Quit talking and start down rockin
this is exactly what Remind is talking about in this video. Most wanna see the skills but not understand it.

That's the beauty of Breaking. There are so many more avenues than just the competitive scene. Find where you fit in best and grow.
