started watching Popalong when you guys were at the MKGP last year, and after a year of toying with the ida of racing I’ve just finished building my 6.4 and looking forward to getting down to the local race track to see what it’s all about..thanks guys for putting the sport out there.
Cheers man thanks for your support… enjoy your racing
I loved the food talk .. made me drool.
More to come
FF racing, ‘factory fred’ because his cars are factory af 👌🏻
i'm waiting for you two to fully commit to the alas smith and jones across the table with the cars in the middle. pork pies are better than scotch eggs fight me :P
Haha maybe try it again soon
We did it once before
Guys, guys, focus!!!! it all started so well and then descended into food, food and a little more food. 😂😂 Take the Willspeed outdoor, on the assumption the LD3 is a carpet version? I put 6.5t in all my buggies, including my new RC10B7 😊😊
😂😂
So did you get any sides with the B7
@@PopalongRC 😂 only a portion of Willspeed shock springs.
Great video. The racecar collection is growing strong
The force is strong
I'm starting my off-road journey this year with a 2nd hand LD1, and I can't wait! My local clubs are Herts and Stotfold, look forward to seeing you guys there at some point!!
Hope to Popalong for sure
Take the wheels off the RB10 and put them on the Willspeed. Tires can be changed to whatever surface you run it on. Part of the problem of getting it running solved. (Tyres. My bad.)
Hope the parts arrive soon
Been watching your videos for a while now always informative and entertaining. This one was the best good luck with your upcoming events cheers! 😂 ...expat aussie living in the USA
Cheers buddy appreciate the support
Willspeed definitely indoor car.
Looking that way
Great video, although a bit off topic with the food 👍😂 you definitely need a B7 👌
Hahaha 😂 running joke
Don't compromise and go with higher turn motors if you don't have to because of race classes.
Just turn the dual rate down.
That way you can turn it up if need be. Gear accordingly.
Using the Willspeed car outdoors is a waste. Gear diff or not. With the 5gear transmission the weight has moved so far forward, that the ball diff wont help it much. (Some might say Willspeed has inspired Arseociated to put that on their B7)
Use the RB10 outdoors. It's your best choice by far out of the cars you have there.
You are a wise one
Great video I wanted to get into carpet racing but the closest track is over a hour away and you know you need to practice to get better
That is a bit of a trek
Poppalong RC. Where we go for out food, and sometimes a RC race meet happens.
It is true
Popalong food tour.
Would love to see you at Eden Park that’s where I am starting my rc journey soon
Hope to Popalong this year
A pint of coffee! 😂
Or 2
Don’t ruin that beautiful ally machining by taking it outside 😱😱😱
Let’s put that back on the shelf
@@PopalongRC yes Gavin 😂😂
A gyro sandwich?
Who's going to get the New B7 then?
We normally do rock paper scissors for important decisions like that 😂👍
@@PopalongRC My B7D is in the post today 😀
😆
Why turn that poor Willspeed into an outdoor car, when you already vhave a perfectly good rear motor RB10 sorrong right there??? Its literally made for out door use on dirt. Keep the Willspeed on the carpet where it belongs.
Can you imagine that nice chassis after running over a few sticks and stones 😬
Racing is the least fun part of rcing
Controversial
@@PopalongRC 8 hours of up time for 49 minutes of run time. Practice days are so much more fun. To each their own.
@TeknaTronik it is so frustrating
mmmm kebabs
I’m hungry 🤤
