It's awesome :D The only little problem imo is the mouth, I think that to avoid that effect you can also draw an open black mouth, at least the lips would be less visible. But anyway that's great, so scary when he opens his eyes haha

Really awesome! I think that covering the rest of his lashes with foundation would have helped when his eyes were closed. I kept getting distracted by the dark line his lashes were making . Otherwise, really creative! Your mom's additions were awesome!
