If your son trusts in the finished work of Christ on the cross, to cleanse him of his sins, he is saved regardless of where he is at in life. Once you receive eternal life, you cannot lose it, otherwise it wouldn't be eternal.

I too backslid for 4 years and I involved myself in even worse things than when I didn't know about Jesus, but here I am!! His love was overpowering, He pulled me to Him and He saved me from the pit of fire!!! GLORY TO MY KING

Jesus came to me on October 22nd 2019. I saw Jesus Christ with His arms wide open and He told me I was loved and forgiven and He was my Father. He us our EVERYTHING. Yes mu Lord and Savior! Thanks for that comment. . . My son Sam whom this phone used to belong to - was murdered during a season of great hardship in our family. Now my heart seeks out & searches for these confirmations that Gods mercy triumphs over judgement. I keep praying for God to confirm that Sam is alive in heaven with Him. He was a kind gentle soul towards all. Torment and condemnation had plagued him. He had always wanted a dad / wanted to be accepted & loved. So he thought God rejected or disqualified him too. But he still proclaimed his love for Jesus Christ. I am devastated that i cannot see him anymore and hear him singing praise to the Lord. I never thought that could happen to him. I always believed that God would heal Sam and he would be forever delivered from the doubt and fear. I thought Sam would get filled with the Holy Spirit & get the victory in Christ. But im remembering & realizing how our WORDS that we speak can give the enemy something to work with... im so sad that i didnt keep on speaking into his life what the Bible says. I keep repenting as i remember things i did wrong. I miss my son so much. The loss seems unbearable at times.
This testimony hit me. I’ve strayed and come back; strayed and come back over and over and this man’s testimony sounds like mine. Shame can keep you far from God and the devil loves to use our mistakes to keep us away from God, but God in His grace and mercy will always take us back. ❤

Every time I see a post I read what others write. Your words are why I read them. I was raised on shame and forced to live it for 39 years by my mother, father and three older sisters. I was born nearly blind when my mother exposed herself to german measels when p.g. with me. I was family curse. I still feel like a curse.

🇹🇹 This testimony was an answer to a prayer I prayed just last night. I've been praying for an ex youth leader of the church I used to go to, he left and subsequently is still away from Christ, because of church hurt, calling himself an atheist and posting against Christ regularly. I've been praying for him and his wife and daughter to come back to Christ. Last night I prayed for God to show me a testimony of someone who left the church and returned!!! 😭 Thank you Delafe and Mr. Garcia for being obedient to God's call...you never know when you will be an answer to prayer❤🎉

There's lots of current and past preachers who give the backslidden NO HOPE. I fell away and Jesus lovingly took me back. Fear and condemnation preaching leaves ppl hopeless. Jesus called me “ daughter.” I felt I didn't deserve any daughtership- Jesus said different. Praise Him🎉🎉🎉🎉

@@scotttrainer5197 I was gloriously saved and filled w the Holy Spirit baptism. I was healed of alcoholism on a barstool! But…. I didn’t read the Bible and fell into opiate addiction w fornication for 10 years. I cried out to Jesus to help me. He was faithful, cleaned me up and I’m sober 7 years. Fast, pray, repent. God loves the backslider. Just like the prodigal son. Just ask him to forgive you
@@scotttrainer5197I had a life changing huge encounter w jesus and got saved. I had a lot of trauma as a kid and it created ptsd . He healed me of alcoholism but soon I got into pills. I met a sinful man and never read the Bible. After years of backsliding I cried out to God and fasted and He helped me. I got sober and let go of secular music and I fast and pray a lot. I begged God to forgive me and he did. He called me daughter. He understood that my trauma made me do stupid things. Just fast pray cry out and repent. Think of the lost coin, lost sheep, and prodigal son.
when he said “a dog that returned back to its vomit” is so crazy because I always call myself that. I relate to this testimony so much
I backslid for 17 years and on the last year i started suffering from really bad anciety and panic attacks . It was horrible,i felt like satan had me where he wanted me.lost, afraid and confused but ive been searching for jesus and asking him to forgive me of my sins and for leaving him for those 17 years. Its been like 2 months or so that ive started to feel healing in myself now that ive been searching for the lord with all my heart,allmy mind ,and all my soul. Trust in him

Isn't it crazy....we all think "who would walk away or backslide from a God that loves you, talks to you, heals you, delivers you, directs you??" Me. We are human.....and He still loves us and pursues us.

I have an amazing story. One day I was driving home and I felt the presence of the Lord, come down to me from above. It was as real as anything and I felt so comfortable with Him.
I knew if I asked Him to play a song on the radio, He would.
So I said "Ok Lord, play Come as you are..."
I didn't know what station it was on or anything, but I turned the radio on and the song started playing right on the spot, perfectly...
I started getting flooded with chills inside, trembling, and crying tears of joy. When I got home, He stayed with me for 10 minutes till I got out of the car.
I've been getting amazing prayers answered for around 6 years since, because that experience made me stop doubting when I pray, and I follow Biblical instructions, best I can.
I experienced those tears of joy with my encounter with God . Truly unexplainable & the most beautiful experience I’ve ever had . God is great !

I really do appreciate his testimony because we as believers don’t realize how difficult it is to truly serve God in this sinful world especially with spiritual warfare and there are times where I have allowed myself to walk away from God’s grace and gotten into messy situations then realized that I needed God so much and repented. Now I am understanding daily that I need him daily and to deny myself. His testimony truly touched me and gives me hope that just like God did it for him he will do it for me too ❤🙏🏾
No matter how far we run away from God, His determined love finds us, woos us and calls us home to the only One who can save us, restore us and make something beautiful of our lives. Hey man. I'm 15 and I accepted christ when I was 12, I tried running away from Jesus because of my fear that I had sinned too much when I was 13. Now im running back to him, praise God for this testimony man! Please pray for me that christ may continue to fill with his spirit, help me to overcome the fear of abandonment and death. My story is very long, God truly is a mercyful and a God of 2nd chances. Les go back to our 1st love and serve God while we still can fellow back sliders.. God loves us all.. Amen

@@tashriquemoodley6699 I don't know what your struggle is, but the lord is merciful. There are some sins that dig in deep and you struggle your whole life with it. See the apostle Paul's "thorn in the flesh". God knows your struggle and he is watching and waiting for you to come back to him.
Always remember no one can pluck you out of the hand of the Lord. Once the lord starts something, it will be finished. Be patient. Seek the Lord. Read your Bible. If you read your Bible, I have a feeling your conscience will return.

Also love that more and more people are wearing Bible verses shirts, I myself started a few months ago.
I felt this man's story extremely hard. The same thing happen to me, when God warned me 4x and tugged at my heart. But I didn't listen. It cost me 4 years of my life in prison. I was doing things my way. But 3 years later I'm home now serving at my church and teaching my children about God. I'm beyond grateful to my Lord and savior to have given me a 2nd chance at life. I will not take it for granted. Listen people! When something is nudging at you. It is not a coincidence. I could have been doing life in prison now, but he had a bigger plan in my life as well as he has in your life. ALL GLORY TO GOD, AMEN

They overcame him (the accuser, the enemy, the devil) by the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony (Rev 12:11). I got chills when he said no charges were found against him. God the Father will use any background and any package to bring glory to His name.

Lately I have been praying a little less and reading the word even more less. Consciously I knew but was ignoring what I knew better of. I had to comment on this,because I am going through something like this now, but not like him,but dealing with a a Spirit of Rejection and need people who really know God l need you to be praying for me,even though lam pressing inthe things of God ,like going back to the house of the lord, and reading the word of God,but it feels like I'm in quick sand ,and it's been so hard l've repented unto God, but I am fighting to get back to my first love, and I know how close to God I was and my hearts cry is to go back behind the veil and do what he's calling me to do,because l know that he is within me,so lam thanking God in advance for unshakable faith and more of his grace in Jesus mighty name. Please help me. I need deliverance. I’ve reached out to people. I’ve been under great spiritual attack for 7 years fighting hard. I’ve used the Isaiah Salvador map, here in Australia, none of the ppl helped me. God has a calling on my life that Satan is attempting to thwart. God is greater. He uses His servants through deliverance.

Dam i was always jealous of ppl with a church going mom, i ended up selling drugs with my mom n used that to make excuses to ruin my life... im 46 barely trying to pick up the pieces, plz keep my family n ur prayers thank u..
I went thru Victory Outreach West Sacramento..one of the best feelings I ever had in that mens (recovery)home we called it the mens home. It was a home of family of brothers. God worked in that home. You learn to be a brother and seek Jesus. Our true father. I miss that home.God bless brother I wish you the best
When he spoke about his Mom and his Christian upbringing I'm reminded of Proverbs 22:6..
"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

I needed to hear this. I recently rededicated my life back to God after not being in the church for over 8 years. My life turned upside down, but I am thankful for the mind to want Christ and his love for my soul.
It’s great to see another brother in Christ! We’ve all had our own personal challenges, but we rest in the peace and love from our lord Jesus Christ!
I backslid longer than 12-years and am back 100%. Read about the Prodigal Son in the Bible. God is always happy when you come back to the straight road. God's love and forgiveness are unlimited towards us. But so many people never choose the right road, it is their choice, free will. Praise the Lord and all glory goes to God.
I came back and then walked away again and worse than before. Im the worst sinner :( please pray for me. Im numb.

@@exag0ra My lack of desire. Im so numb and i need God to change my heart so that I care again in my heart. I seared my conscious. I lived like the devil during the span of about 5 years, after all that God did for me. I cant believe it. Thank you for praying.

When we're in sin, we view God as a hater. Not acknowledging we walked away. Mad at God we start fighting God (as if we can) ending up in darkness, blaming God.

It's crazy how His word, which was written thousands of years ago, contains messages that He, as all-knowing God, prepared for me, for us, wherever we are TODAY. Living word.

I know what it feels like to get ghosted from a church just for not fitting in for having came from things they dont get. I kept my faith through the pain, going harder with the word on my own to find my peace. I've got faith I'll find a new house that can understand me better. I want to help others with my empathy and deeper understanding of coming from dark places, and I'll do that work when called.
When he went to Mexico and said " this is where Im supposed to be" reminded me of when Peter said to Jesus, 'Lord, it is good for us to be here;
We should never say "that person has no hope", or that person is too far gone, even to say, "that person deserves to be punished" even if they do according to the world or even "God will get them" That isn't God the Fathers heart that's not His character.
When he said God is using him to break his dad out of his cycle I just broke down because I’m going through the same thing with my mom and dad both are living in their own righteous ways and don’t know Jesus. I will be the one that brings the faith to my family.

Awesome testimony!! My dad was a life long member of the Bandidos MC, as a matter of fact he was at one point the President over the whole organization until he went to prison. When I got saved in 2015 I had a strong burden for my dad to know Jesus bc growing up he had always been somewhat of an “atheist”. God had already humbled him thru prison, cancer, and a lung transplant. Long story short after praying for him several years and sharing my faith with him on occasions, he finally accepted Jesus 2 days before he passed away at the beginning of 2020 and the Lord allowed me to be the vessel He used to lead him. The whole scenario reminded me so much of the prodigal son and the penitent thief on the cross next to Jesus! 🙌🙌 God is soooo good!!!
A wonderful testimony, I am currently in that same exact state that he was in. Constantly slipping back, constantly slipping away from God, knowing I have a purpose and a calling, feeling the tug on my heart, finding it hard to repent, feeling torn to repent, dabbling in both worlds. I live in guilt and shame and just want to live for the King. I am trying to find my way but struggling with substance abuse and finding it so hard to repent for some reason. I really hope I can find my way before it's too late. Thank you for this testimony, it really did speak to me.
