It is belief in the name and the power of the name of JESUS that gives you the authority to cast out demons. They are not ignorant...they know Who's name they are subject to. Instead of asking them to name themselves, ask them by what name they can be cast out since you don't seem to know.

You should find a church that does deliverances. Ask Father God to tell you what walls are stopping your deliverance.
