I just recently bought a Panasonic LZ2000 here in the U.K. I compared it in the shop against the A95K and the S95B and the picture is just better on the Panasonic it’s very accurate very natural looking and damn it’s bright I used to have an A90J and the Panasonic blows that out the water they’re amazing TVs hopefully Panasonic goes back to the USA
I think it would be cool to have a 85 inch tv comparison video. Seems that all the brands are going with the big tvs! I will be looking into a 85 inch next year!
I still have an old 50" Panasonic plasma monitor in the house. It would drive nit aficionados crazy but it still looks pretty good in a dark room. I wish they were still in the US market.
Please, please, get the Panasonic. I still have an ST 50 Plasma that looks great! I love my LG OLED but I would buy a Panasonic OLED in a second if they sold them here.
With movies like Avatar 2 and other theatrical releases in 3d we need a 4k 3d tv released, I have a led 3d tv now we love it but what happens when it dies, my only option now is a projector with active glasses that we don't want.
Crossing my fingers for Hisense variant availability. And TCL seems to be getting closer to Inkjet OLED, hopefully they can get it into production by next year. Could be a gamechanger, IF it actually comes through as planned.

Sad times when a Panasonic OLED’s just tacked onto the end of a video, like a throwaway line. Come back to Australia, Pana - Sony needs some competition here (still can’t bring myself to consider spending thousands on an LG)…
I've noticed a trend with every channel that review TVs. Not one of them review Philips TVs 😂. It's not a complaint. I had a Philips 58PUD8535/12. For me M3 is the best in case of technology. I see that every year the only thing that TV manufacturers improve is the panel of the TV, the rest stay the same. So they could make a box with the prossecor, ports, etc. And people could upgrade the panel whenever they want amd the box could remain the same. That way TVs would be cheaper and people could have better TVs and buy panels even year after year if they want.
I still scratch my head at the fact you can buy the Panasonic OLED’s across the ditch in New Zealand but not here in Australia , or the North American market. Surely they will rethink their decision ?

Please just get a new Panasonic TV in for review. Even if it's not available to buy for most people it would be interesting, and a break from all the usual brands.
Very interesting if you have the sapce and funds for the very best models. But what about the ones we can afford to buy in sensible sizes for UK living rooms? Re the return rate on Samsungs flagship disaster, i work in the service department of a local AV shop, and everytime a customer buys the dreaded S95B we take a deep breath knowing that chances are we will be returning it the next day. Samsung UK are fully aware of the issue, and will be in the USA, so i strongly disagree with their statement regarding the returns rate. We can only wait and see if they have learned their lesson, i am not holding my breath.
You content creators/reviewers really need to be giving Samsung more crap for what seems like an obvious shady scam. They intentionally nerfed the S95B by lowering it's brightness so that they could artificially create the perception of "improvement" for this years version.
Last year it was the G2/C2 that was stunning then S95B came out and killed the show then it ruined it because of all these Updates which came out and worsens the brightness of the panel then Sony brought out the A95K and end the year as the best TV with their QD OLED. And now we all are in the really bad situation to decide which you pick the QD OLED S95C 77" of Samsung which is the 2nd generation or go with LGs MLA technology with G3. I personally think that Samsung nailed it again but my trust to Samsung with these Update issue is mediocre. On the other side LG has a new tech which I still don't know if it is the killer TV over all.
I picked up the A95K last year & am gutted to hear about the huge improvements in both technologies. I dont know if i should sell my A95K sooner than later to pick up a 2023 model. But just maybe waiting for a "MLA" version of QD-OLED put in a Sony TV in 2024 is probably the best course of action. That TV would be absolutely insane & the true end game.
1:24 Samsung, those stinking bastards. I can tell you why "returns due to damage have not been rampant" for the S95B: it's because Samsung made it super hard and inconvenient to return. I had to get a new TV shipping box because a lot of the padding broke apart in the box it came in. To do that I had to borrow my brother's van because it wouldn't fit in my sedan. And about the S95B: gorgeous screen. No complaints about the image quality at all, and if the bent panel was my only complaint, I'd trade it in until I got a straight one (for 2300, this shouldn't even be an issue). What I couldn't live with, however-- what drove me to return it altogether-- was the UI. Samsung TV's haven't had an input button for a while now, and I don't think they really needed it as long as the home button wasn't too intrusive and presented you with all the options you need at-a-glance. My Samsung from 2018 did just that; the home menu was a pop-up at the bottom displaying all the apps and inputs you wanted. The S95B, however, features a Fullscreen home menu riddled with ads. Slow to load. And game consoles don't even show up in the home screen-- you need to navigate from the home screen to the 'gaming hub' menu, navigate away from the 'getting started' section AND THEN find your game console listed. And did I mention the ads? Yeah, they made the UI worse between now and 2018, and you can't tell me that this wasn't a conscious design decision. I thought I could get used to it but I couldn't. So, (1) cut costs on build quality to make it more affordable than Sony's. (2) Make the home screen full screen, maze-like and full of ads to generate passive ad revenue, and (3) make your TV hard to return so you can justify the first 2 steps at CES by saying "returns due to damage haven't been abundant". Brilliantly profitable and predatory. Samsung TV's will be a hard sell from me until they stop trying that crap. I don't know about you, but I don't want to see ads everytime I change the input on a $2,300 TV.
Apparently it is due to warranty issues. However, that begs the question :- Is there something wrong their recent quality? I doubt it as most, if not all comments I've read regarding Panasonic seem overwhelmingly positive.
I dont know whats happened to Panasonic really loved that brand , was same level of Sony back in 80s & 90s bought plenty of their products so from Aiwa too.....Both disappeared in U.S , wtf don't make any sense why
Can someone explain why Dolby Vision matters so much to people? Not knocking, just curious because last year’s S95B had amazing picture (only the A95K could match it imo) but saw people refuse to buy it simply because of lack of DV. Is it really a dealbreaker?
I'm not sure and can't speak for others but I think some hdr 10 series look perfectly good on my display. Dolby vision that is poorly implemented doesn't look great and is fairly dark. There are good movies with dolby vision too. I'd rather have DV than not but hdr 10 looks brighter IMO. I'm not sure about hdr 10+ as my display does not have it.
Also, I do prefer the colours from sdr in some things. Maybe I'm easily pleased but it is more vibrant and has more "pop" in SDR sometimes. I do like DV too so I'm not bashing it.
Had a 75 inch TCL 8 series. Lasted 16 months, then got black screen . Customer service told me no service or repair centers in USA. So, my $ 1,800.00 has gone down the drains. Customer service said the cost to repair it will be more than the price of a new TV. They recommended buying a new TV. I took their good advice and I bought a new Samsung. No more TCL, No more Chinese TV for me.

@@TorqueFormulaWon Well I have a 42" 2006 Panasonic Plasma that still works. Bought a Sony 85j last year to use in another room.
I dont know whats happened to Panasonic really loved that brand , was same level of Sony back in 80s & 90s bought plenty of their products so from Aiwa too.....Both disappeared in U.S , wtf don't make any sense why
So the g3 will have blooming
We had them in our fire stations. 1 by 1 they have failed. Weird they are gaining traction.
