It’s pretty easy honestly,just DONT use supers,abuse sparkings unrelenting barrage of lights and you get it easily
What’s the time frame though? Any guesses?
I wish they expanded on this timeline more maybe we could see Gohan as a badass and not a total nerd like he always has been.
