    Worry not … today I have for you all no grind no fermentation ” Instant Dosa / Masala Dose ” . It can be made in just 15-20 mins with very basic ingredients that’s easily available in any kitchen. later add little baking soda , proceed to make Dosa. you will be amazed by those pores and the softness of the Dosa , once they are done . Trust me no one can make out it’s no ferment / instant Dosa .. tastes and looks exactly the same as the usual set Dosa recipe that i had shared earlier . Serve it with your choice of chutney.
    Peanut Chutney or Groundnut Chutney is a quick, delicious, and excellent substitute for Coconut Chutney.
