most importantly the transcription is TERRIBLEEEEEEEE, sometimes it makes no sense and it doesnt even record the actual voicemail so im sometimes left clueless as to who called especially if the patient is calling from their work .
How does it compare to Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX (which we found to be a really good cloud PBX)? Does it offer the same range of features?

Some advice, you need to average out the cost. So people can make a POS decision.

Dialpad is a POS. Overkill for a small business. If you want to create a call center then it's probably a better option.
