The people in the boat clearly played a part in this. Why would you have a boat sitting in an open field unless you know the dam is bout to blow
Because this hill was almost all sand, it basically got to sat saturate it all filling to the tip edge before it needed to start leaking into the mine shaft.

I notice in alot of these an early warning sign is the weight of the breach shifts the ground forward pre collapse. This may be something engineers already know. Something you might have already known. I did not. Just an observation

The engineers were well aware of the faults in the dam's design and even warned the mayor. He pushed the project forward anyway because his pockets had been lined by the developers.

Fence collapses, trapping the policeman with the hat
Miner at the bottom or the shaft is engulfed with water and buried in sand
Dam starts moving
Entire building on top of dam collapses
Policeman with hat starts getting buried in the sand
The entire mine collapses
Policeman in hat is buried completely due to the stream of water bringing sand to bury the policeman
Other policemen are lucky enough to slide under the fence from the aggressive current
Town floods and ship slides into town due to the stream
The bodies of water balance

Fatalities: miner in shaft, policeman in hat, the 4 people in the building on top of the dam,2 more crushed by the building that fell off the dam, one person suffering a concussion from the boat.

Heloo and welcome to Lego News. Today tragedy struck when water flooded the whole entire city. 3 people, Bard Legosons, Mike Oxmoll and Kyle Dickerson, sadly passed away. Mike Oxmoll and Kyle Dickerson both got crushed and passed away on the spot when a buildingcame falling down. Bard Legoson was working in the mineshaft when water quickly came up with some hard sand and blocked his feet from moving, Bard passed away after the hard sand burried him alive. That was Lego news and we'll see you again tomorrow.
