The problem I have with car requests like the JZX100 is that they always come with the caveat of "it also needs tons of customization." Forza, historically speaking, hasn't really had "tons of customization" for newly introduced cars after launch. Occasionally, we have gotten a few cars here and there with body kits and a few other goodies, but those are generally outlying cases. Would I like to see a Chaser in the game with tons of customization? Absolutely, I would. Am I anticipating that it'll happen? No. I would set your expectations much lower for something like that because I think you're likely to be disappointed if you expect tons of stuff to come along with the car if it is ever added.
The licensing for Vector may come down to who owns the trademark, and if it's been used within the last 10 years. If no one currently owns the name, it might be easier to include them in the game, but if a private owner owns it, they may charge an insane amount to feature the proper licensing.
Funny enough, for a car brand that produced something like 30 cars total, it's easier to find the actual cars for scanning and recording than it will be to get the license.
It's owned by a Powerboat Company Now IIRC.
It would be cool to see 80s cars with digital dashboards like '84 C4 Corvette, '85 Nissan 300ZX Z31, '81 Toyota Soarer 2800GT or even '86 Subaru XT Turbo
Like the Callaway Corvette C4 with a twin turbo 5.7L 350 with 880 hp would be great

remember due to playground working with universal studios to do the fast and furious car pack, the communication is there making the back to the future kit even more likely.
I'd guess the Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo and the Camaro Z/28, both currently in Motorsport, would be viable options for this update.

I would absolutely love to see the DeLorean body kit from either movie or all of them. i was so excited to hear the DeLorean was coming to FH5, but kinda disappointed that it did not have a body kit

Not really "retrowave", but I'd love to see the Toyota Sera be added in FH5 at some point. It has featured in Gran Turismo in the past, I really love this car.
For sure, it's time we got the 2021 Countach 👍 It is featured in both Motorfest and Need for Speed. Would love to see it in FH5, and Motorsport for that matter.

7:20 there were other cars I had in mind but the EG6 Honda Civic has started to grow on me to point where I now want to see it in a Horizon title to see all of the customization it has to offer

@@ericship111 The problem I have with the Forza aero and basically the whole of in house Forza customization in general is it’s visual appearance and variety. The Forza front and rear Aeros the are found in cars from between the 1980s to today (also including the rear aero found in Hot hatches and SUV’s) has plagued the Forza franchise since FM5 due to their generic design, and lack of variety. It also doesn’t help that a new Forza aero is one of the top 5 most voted car features in the Forza suggestions hub with 1,200 votes and all we got so far is nothing other than an updated tow hook and 1 rear bumper option on cars like 2020 Audi TT. If there’s one thing I want PGG and Turn 10 to do for the future of the Forza franchise is to drastically redesign the whole of in house Forza customization entirely so that the developers have more creative freedom while also ensuring there designed perfectly to satisfy players needs. A good example of this idea would be the Forza rear wing where instead of being one option that everyone doesn’t like it could be replaced with a series of duck tail spoilers, low level spoilers, mid level spoilers, high level spoilers, and spoilers that connect to either the trunk or rear bumper (I can’t tell). Giving us more options for the front bumper (different designs for the bumper, splitter, two hook, and Canards), rear bumper (different designs for the bumper, diffuser, a spare tire for off-road builds, and exhausts) side skirts, the hood, and the roof (stuff like light bars for emergency vehicles builds, luggage trays, and roof scoops for rally and race car builds) is also needed because there’s nothing for those that is made by Forza themselves for a least 97% of all cars in the game, right down to customizable cars from between the 1930s and 1970s. Adding more original body kits can help too and they can range from the new body kits in the recent Forza Motorsport game to new designs that our original and/or inspired by body kits from either formula drift cars or aftermarket brands they aren’t able to get the license for. Even something as simple as give us drift tuning for trucks and SUV’s, It’s this kind of stuff that is needed for the future of the Forza franchise so we can play the Forza titles as game where we are free to visually customize cars from various brands in anyway we want to except for cars from Ferrari for obvious reasons. At this point the best way we can spread the words is to continue to talk about why we need more and better looking in house Forza customization and vote for more and better in house Forza customization in the Forza suggestions hub so that PGG and Turn 10 hear our request for and do what’s right to guide the Forza franchise to a better tomorrow.

G´day Ericship 111, I also think the new DeLorean concept car could also be a nice addition alongside the new Countach. Here´s a car that no one else has though of (probably for good reason) the 1981 Chrysler/Mitsubishi Sigma Turbo! Japan had some awesome 80´s cars that would fit nicely with the retrowave theme as well...
Centodieci could work for the upcoming update for similar reasons as the new Countach. It’s heavily inspired by the eb110 and is arguably a modern day version of the car. Although the eb110 is from the mid to late 90’s, I’d argue that design wise it has a similar aesthetic as cars like the Testarossa, Dmc-12, and the old Countach.

6:03 IndyCar can be a pretty refreshing addition to new Motorsport, but I feel like there’s a small chance of that happening. However, it’s kinda weird that there’s racing team logo because usually race cars are assigned to their manufacturer in car list (except Formula Drift and Hoonigan).
For the next update I think a TV/film car update would be cool. Like the Bond DLC in FH4 as we're missing alot of the cars featured in it like the Bond Lotus and others. Or maybe a Top Gear update with a bunch of TG cars like the £1500 Porsh 924, Oliver, £1500 Africa Subaru Estate and Cadallic Brogham from USA £1000 for players to earn like in FH4 with Chris Harris doing some voiceovers or Hammond Clarkson and May return like they did in FM5 but in FH5 which would be nice as the Grand Tour is ending. Or scrap all that and bring Oliver back into Forza!!!!!
for the tv and film car update idea it would be good if we got body kits from a tv show or film like a canal boat kit for the vw type 2 or having a block of flats on a citeron ds

I know it will prob never happen, but with Forza having several other 4 door performance sedans of various years. The 1991/92 Dodge Spirit R/T was an outrageous car for the time. 0-60, 1/4 mile times surpassing Mustangs, Camaros and the BMWs M5. It will always be one of the most memorable cars of my twenties. (It’s s shame the aluminum heads couldn’t handle the heat😢)

I really want to see the Delorean get the BTTF body kit.. that would easily make the Delorean my favourite car in the game; as if it wasn't already!!
I'd also like to see some older SUVs, like the Toyota Land Cruiser (1988), Ford Explorer (1993), and some more customisations for the Land Rovers in game, like a pickup bed, a hard top, and obviously a soft top for both the '72 and the '97 models, but I don't know how often Forza release new customisations for cars randomly....
I'd love to put the Lamborghini Countach 2021 and the BodyKit for the DMC Delorean.
it would be really cool if during daytime there would be a Vaporwave filter on the whole game and during nights it would be that Outrunesc visual that the teaser image shows
I would personally love to see the final gen Pontiac firebird trans am. Would be even better with the WS6 pack and hood. Ik it doesn’t fit as well into the theme as other cars, but still kinda carries that 80s/90s look, plus, it’s already in Motorsport.
With the retrowave highway, this would be the trippiest thing in a racing game since Zone mode from WipEout.

Finally, you mention the 2022 Countach. However, it is worth mentioning that it isn't just The Crew Motorfest that has it, but The Crew 2 & Need for Speed Unbound also have it.

I really hope that we get the original Ferrari Testarossa from 1984-1991 in this update, as we’ve never gotten the 84-91 version of the Testarossa in Horizon before, but I think this will be an update where they’ll just feature the 512 TR as a reward again, especially considering since it’s not been seen since series 12

I don’t know if the US or Australia got variants but I would love to see the 1993 Vauxhall Astra GSI & 1993 Vauxhall Nova GSI, the Nova, known in Europe as the Opel Corsa A. I’m presuming that the Astra was uniformly the Astra C across the board for Opel & Vauxhall.
If anybody not getting completed on horizon open with BMW it's the wrong car you need to use KTM BOX.

This might get a bit of a stretch but maybe the reason that PG is making their monthly livestream earlier this month is because they have something planned for the XBOX annual showcase? Not expecting they’ll give us a full reveal for FH6, but maybe they will give us a reveal teaser trailer saying that it’s “In production” and that it’s coming out next year. Probably won’t happen but here’s hoping.🤞

Like other people are saying, I would LOVE to see the Quadra V-Tech as it would be quite literally a perfect vehicle for this update. I'm also a Cyberpunk 2077 enjoyer myself, so I would love to drive that thing in FH5 again like we did in FH4. So hyped for this update ngl.

Hmm, I wonder actually if this could be FH5's Final Update. I could be completely Wrong, but, given a Game going EOL is often known as "Sunsetting" the Game, and the Sunset being a Major theme in Retro-Wave... I wonder.... As I don't think any of us can take much more of Mexico... be Interesting to see if this is the EOL update or if I am talking out of my Hat!

Body kits we want: Libert walk for R34 and Back to the future Body kit for delorian. (I dont even have the Delorian) And some 80s and 90s cars i would like to see includes some Swedish cars. For example: the Volvo 740, Volvo 760, the 940, 945 and so on. It would be fun to se SAAB in the game to. Like the SAAB 900 Turbo, SAAB 99, SAAB 9-3/SAAB 9-5.

Funny how those neon lights can be so much in the world but ambient lighting are missing from cars that actually has it in their interior. Blaming missing ambient lighting on performance is just an excuse because the Hennessy Exorcist Camaro in FH5 has it and the M5 in FM also has it.

I would rather have the Proper 1966 Version of FAB 1. The 2015 Version is just too "Square" and doesn't look as Regal as a Royce should (it looks more Bentley IMO) , the old Original looks Regal, it looks like a Royce. Also Supermarionation > CGI any day of the week!
