@@dreamybull1509 I've been playing it since the Linkross banlist which is almost 3 years now and I've felt I've gotten a lot of mileage out of this deck too haha. Even won a local remote tourney back in 2021 too. Also, in game 1 of this vid playing through Nib was beautifully done 👌
This deck was already performed so well even the Bystial engine is limited also in Master Duel. So I think the banlist did not affect Dragonlink pretty much!
Without banned the level 4 light dragon and the quick spell and the link one and the rokke tuner this deck will never die, sorry I don't remember the name

Tbh you can replace the 2 copies of chaos space for the spell card SHADOW'S LIGHT that gets you a free Special summon of starliege seyfert as long as you normal summon any dark rokket monsters on the field and shadows light gives you back your normal summon when you banish it from your GY 1st turn activated.

I think the Red-Eyes Dragon Link it's more focused in the burn aspect of the deck. Not sure if you can call it a Red-Eyes variant because you only use the RE cards as an engine.
Black Meteor can dump Driver from deck as cost to summon itself as a level 7 or be revived/summoned off Romulus as a level 6 to make Synchro 10 plays. It's also a second target for Black Metal and can allow it to chain block both Striker and, more importantly, Romulus.
@@SuperSonic3557 New level 6 supports permit Rank 6 High Caesar, and you use with dark contract that searchs Eulogy King Vice Requiem and summon ddd rank 10 (or with caesar). Additionally, Unchained has good link monsters.
@@tommasocatucci9015 what I meant was that unchained wouldn't be at the level it is without using the D/D/D cards. As a D/D/D player myself am a little bit salty that it got meta instead of D/D/D, although I know where the issues lie...it hurts still...
@@SuperSonic3557 The "without [this engine], [this deck] is nothing" just apply to like half the deck out there, not every archetypes have 30+ cards like D/D/D to make a full pure deck. On other hand, D/D/D will continue as a decent deck while Unchained gonna take hit sooner or later. Take a look at Superheavy Samurai stuffs, not even a single second of fame, got brutally hit to the point that you can't even play a pure version of it.

Dude its insane Dragon Links has lasted this long even with bysstials hit hard and the link 1 limited. I honestly think Konami should go full regalia and limit rokket tracer and ban striker dragon because this should have lasted as long as it has.
then people would just play bystial control. Take out the rokket package and play more handtraps and cringe stuff like skill drain. It was somewhat played on db before dis pater came out
Why not? Let people play It until it fades out, like burning abyss. I don't think you are personally affected in a negative way if people play dragon link
That was quite impressive in the first game by the unchained player to play through all those disrupts and still wipe your board

You can keep meteor in hand and pick your time to summon it. So you can even keep it for after nibiru plays or the next turn.

Meter dragon can be revived and used as a 6 star material. That's one of the main differences.
