@@Devil7990 I did the battery too since it's cheap and easy to replace when the screen is off. but after I replaced it an carefully reapplied the glue the clock was not watertight und broke completely after the first shower. bought a Garmin now, fuck fitbit
Great video , just 1 suggestion - Several times you were doing things out of camera view. I think you need to draw a border of the cameras viewable ares on the white mat you are using . Several times you were doing things out of camera view. 😃
Such a complicated process even is done by you as professional -after buying the glue, tools, plus the new screen which is sold almost half of the price of the totally Fitbit, it is highly possible I will still screw it up and left with the glue, tools and a totally broken Fitbit… If so better just buy a new one instead 😂 (here in Australia they run promotion so the Fitbit price has already gone done a lot…)

I successfully replaced my screen...although I ripped the vibration module ribbon in the process 😂My mistake, I should've identified all the parts first before removing anything. All good, at least it's more usable now. I can try a repair again if I get the vibration module. Anyway, great vid thanks!
my fitbit screen got loosen up today, the edges are starting to detach from the plastic, do you think i could fix that same screen? because the watch itself still works perfectly

Do you think, lacking a heat gun, a person could put a spoon or other smooth metal object in hot water, let it get hot, pull it out and dry it real quick, and hold it to the screen to let the heat flow in and loosen the glue?

I've watched a few tutorials about display change and watch i've noticed: charge 3 has 2, charge 4 has 3. Maybe that helps.

Can you guys fix the altimeter on the Charge 4? My unit way overestimates my floor count.

Use a blow dryer.

It took u much longer for the Charge 4.. in your charge 3 tutorial it all went faster.. i thought they are almost the same?
