I love Kirk Cousins in Minnesota -- watch his Cannon arm in action in those highlights. The final TD pass to tie the game in the 4th quarter was a throw that Keenum will never make. But I'm not dissing on Keenum. Denver needed a solid and accurate QB with midrange passing skills to fuel its style of offense. Minnesota wanted to throw more downfield passes -- It worked out for everybody. It wasn't a trade, but I love how both teams got what they needed.

Odd Chimera yep the refs were terrible that game but we still pulled it off
+Cstangs123 There was a Courtland Sutton TD that was 100% a catch, but because they called it incomplete on the field (Which is stupid), they didn't overturn it. They also gave a few REALLY generous spots to Oakland, which resulted in a couple first downs that they should not have gotten. Perhaps most importantly, there was some pretty blatant PI on multiple occasions that they didn't call. Overall, some really shitty calls that almost cost us the game.
Case Keenum is an above average QB. And he's not one too choke I believe in him. And miss him even though Cousins did so well today.

the refs who took away Sutton's TD should not be officiating. It was a clear TD to anyone with working retinas

In this league, you have to be able to win the close games. We really need to clean up these stupid mistakes, but if Case can keep digging us out of these holes and playing well when he needs to, we can be a dangerous team.

Carr was completing like.... all of his passes. Why, in the World was play calling so conservative in the 4th quarter? Hold this L Jon Gruden.

He wasn't really conservative. As a Denver fan, Gruden's play calling was amazing. In the first half, Oakland's defense kept causing 3 and outs; therfore they were able to wear out the Denver Defense and score on them. In the second half the Broncos kept driving, so they gave the Denver defense rest. When the Denver defense was rested they could do a lot better. That was a really good game by both teams! There were also a lot of mistakes by both teams. So, like I said; Gruden didn't slow down, Denver's Defense just came in clutch!
directorbeau Andy Reid said cya to Alex Smith who had the best passer rating last season and led his team to back to back division titles for Mahomes who had 1 career start before the season. Meanwhile Denver has a career backup as a QB and he has more picks than TD’s currently
We're going to regret letting Wade Phillips walk this season.
Case looks decent, Freeman looks decent, Lindsay looks amazing, Von is on another level, Sutton looks really good, Bradley Chubb looks good just hasn't gotten a chance to show off and Vance Joseph needs to go. That is all know based off the last two games.
We wouldn't have won this game without Vance Joseph tbh he was great today!
Actually i was pleased with vance jospeh today. He made some good calls. Going for it on 4th and goal and keenum got the TD. Plus challenging some plays when needed. He did fairly well. Still need to see more of him being proactive like that before i can really trust him.
Plus, can't rely on Demaryius Thomas. Too many drops.
I still don't understand why people hate Vance Johnson so much. He coached well, today, and is looking a hell of a lot better than he did, last season.

Been screaming this for years. He doesn't come through for how much he is worth. He is up there making the same money as A.J Green yet is about half as good. Trade him and maybe they can get a good Corner or Safety. He has no passion on some plays and doesn't extend to get the ball. Not a fan of him at all

Gruden is now 0-5 vs Denver in Mile High and 1-8 overall. This looked like the Raiders of the Lost 90's...the team of my youth growing up. The team that played just well enough to lose late. I knew it too. When we were up 12-0 instead of 17-0 as we should've been. Everyone points to the Smith drop, but we had the ball with one play to end the game and Carr, as brilliant as he was, throws a one yard slant on 3rd and 9. You gotta check to something else. I'm pissed because it feels like the same ol' Raiders...but I'm older now. Increasingly looking like a lost year.

Fsu08 Alvarado because the raiders didn’t commit as many penalties. Sometimes it’s just the way the ball rolls. I’m a raider fan and kinda salty but it is what it is. It’s not the end of the world for me
I almost feel as if Phillip Lindsay is going to take over as the starting RB by midseason. Keenum needs to be a little more careful with the ball because they left points on the board after that 52 yard run by Lindsay after that pick. All in all, the offense has potential to be an above average unit once they finally gel. Keenum is pretty damn clutch too.
Lindsay already got double the amount of carries freeman got today, but they'll continue to both play

+Silver & Black The second one wasn't a catch, but they missed a BLATANT pass interference on that play. The first one was bullshit, though, when in doubt you should always go in favor of the offense. And since their wasn't clear cut evidence, they went with the call on the field (Which should have been a TD).
They also had 2 or 3 really shitty spots.

Did not expect Case Keenum to run for yards! This team got heart, so glad to see Case take charge and make sure we get the W even if we are behind the entire game!! Incredible game, defense came in when they had to, gotta cover those TE and Runningbacks but they’re getting in the groove! Got a good feeling about these guys

Said it last week. Keenum finds a way, despite his early setbacks. So glad the broncos are having success with him, I loved him in MN. That QB draw play he scored on is sheer guts and determination.

Case Keenum is a very good QB. His ball-handling is excellent, he throws a nice spiral and can get the ball down the field, he's not afraid to run when he has to, and he's a tough and vocal leader. Broncos did very well to land him.
It was loud in the building that day, especially on the final two plays, was a great game to go to for sure!

We started 2-0 in 2016 and 2017... we went 9-7 and 5-11, missing the playoffs both years. Visually speaking, this team looks stronger overall (Not really any glaring weaknesses outside of maybe the CB depth). But I'm trying not to get too excited.

Leading 19-7 (very) late in the 3rd quarter is when a football team needs a very good defensive "pass rusher(s)" to create pressure that could lead the other football team to offensive mistakes, "hurried throws" by the football quarterback, football sacks, football pass deflections, etc. (which in turn, keeps the other football team's offensive unit off the football field and the Oakland Raiders' offensive unit on the football field). And this is when a very special talent like a Khalil Mack plays a very important- and integral- role in the Oakland Raiders' success (IN MY OPINION).
